Thanks for your knowledge....I picked this clip to ask my question because it most recent (hope you don't mind) I want to recreate proxies in a lower res format, but now the source clips are all over the place in different bins and sub bins. Is there a way to select them all the regenerate the proxies? Also, will recreating them replace the existing ones or create new copies? thank you very much.

Adobe needs to make a mogrt preset for talking heads - stinger overlays etc.
Must add parametric rounded corners to masks not only shapes or enable track matte from tracks above. We currently need two layers for a frame and its content. Why? A Waste of space and counter productive. It should all be within same layer .
We can add a shape layer and insert a video in there but it isn’t easy to edit.
For still images it’s ok.
