It's funny you mention that last bit. I'm leaning towards those two channels either using the same AI narration tool or being run by the same group of people if it is a person narrating. They sound almost identical, I just played them side by side. I know there's a handful of stories I listened to on this channel tonight that I've heard on Nightmare's uploads, but it'd take forever to find the right videos to make the comparison.

Mr Nightmare doesn’t use AI, not sure about Whisper Diaries, but they sound nothing alike either way. A lot of channels copy the style of Mr Nightmare, though I’m not sure he was the first to do these faceless calm narrations with ambiance and stock images
@@Lawrence_Talbot right, for sure...but in a lot of these stories where delivery drivers are lured into ppls houses, when the cops investigate it turns out the house was actually abandoned or the original owners were away etc. It's crazy someone would use their actual house to try and kidnap someone or even worse. I guess anything is possible tho
I DoorDash in the evenings and just recently delivered to a house where a guy asked in the comment section if I would buy 5 lighters and he would pay me back in tips. I did not buy them but when I got to his house, his front door was ajar and I could see through windows in his garage door that the door to his garage was also open. I got on to the porch and heard him say loudly “DoorDash is here.” Stood there awkwardly for a few minutes and he asked me to bring it in. I just pushed the door open and saw the guy sitting there in a wheelchair to which he immediately offered up that he was poor and then asked me if I would go into his garage and get his lighter that he dropped. I’m not an idiot so I told him I really wasn’t comfortable coming inside his house, gave him his bag and left. The whole thing smelled like a trap. The guy could have been on the level and just really needed someone’s help but I’m not risking my safety for that. I would never enter a delivery’s house. I ended up getting a 1 star rating on my then perfect 5.0 and DoorDash support refuses to remove it despite me contacting them about the request for lighter purchases and me telling them what happened when I arrived. Ridiculous but I don’t regret not going inside. Meanwhile, his tip was $0.10
Happy New Year and thanks for another great narration video! For delivery drivers: it should be a self established rule that when someone asks you to enter their house to deliver the food you should always say “I apologize it’s a company policy that we don’t enter people’s homes.” No amount of tips will ever be worth your life.
Story 3 reminds me of when I was still in high school in the late nineties, I used to deliver pizza and I always thought it was creepy when you would show up to somebody's house 20 or 30 minutes after they ordered and they didn't have the money ready, but would tell you to come in then stand there while they went deeper into the house to get it for you. Obviously nothing ever happened to me, but it always made me wonder why they didn't get it out earlier if they knew I was coming.
150K. Cool! Congrats on this success and best wishes for what I’m sure will be continued momentum and more growth milestones in the coming years. This channel has consistently excellent story selections and collections, as well as top tier narration and presentation.
Hello Whispered Diaries, I recently started watching these videos in sometime like March earlier this year, I can’t stop watching these I don’t know why. I love hearing the talking in the background while doing something else, it gets me immersed in the stories. Thanks 👍
If the kid in the last story took a picture of the man in the window maybe the police could’ve gotten them both. Not shaming or blaming him since he was just a kid & even adults would freeze in that situation, I’m just glad they’re okay.
I was at home taking a bath with my newborn and had not realized the cat had opened the door into the BR, and you could see into the bath from the BR window. I heard some kind of banging, and I thought my husband had come home from work wearing his army boots, and I waited but he didn't show up and I called out and he wasn't there. Then I looked over and realized you could see me from the porch window in the tub with the baby. I grabbed my bathrobe and covered up with the baby and went to the dining room and called my husband at work and he came straight home. The really scary thing is that that day, I had had a premonition to put nails in the window frame of that one window. And I did put them only in that window. And when I realized that later I almost passed out in horror. Whoever that was was going to hurt us. What if I hadn't put those Nails in? Turns out the banging I heard was them trying to open the window😢 and the nails were very bent and jammed. The police were useless there too, so
Hi whispered diaries you're my absolute favorite TH-camr for scary stories and I love you but can someone tell me what vol 2 means, on every video I see with it I always wonder so can someone tell me?
Under a handful of circumstances did I enter the client's home to deliver, 2 were ♿️ and the rest were elderly. I'll gladly help those in NEED, but forget that creepin ass stuff!!! Nope 😮
Most of these food gig jobs, your not obligated to go inside the person's house. Let your chat representative know on the phone. Then tell the customer. If they dont like it, tough. The representative will back you up if you are not comfortable. Also, there are emergency buttons on the app that u can alert 911 if needed.
Another thing that occurs to me about that story. The guy had used his phone to call someone, presumably his brother, to come and pick him up, so he would have had that number listed in his outgoing calls…so after all this went down, why didn’t he just call that number?
The second story: the stranger must have looked into the cabin through a glass window since the two men had eye contact. Why didn't he then simply break the glass to make his way into the cabin?
The first and second story made no sense. If the first guy wanted to know what happened onthe man in the car, why didn't he call the "brother"? The number would have still been on his phone. In the second one, if the man had wanted to hurt the person staying at the cabin, why would he wait to ambush them when there were locked doors and windows between them? He could have easily done so while they were at the lake. The third story was terrifying. It's a scenario I could really see happening, especially to a young man hearing the voice of a young woman. It sounds like the start of an x-rated video he's probably seen, and he thought jackpot!" ...or he was just being too nice.
The ending to the first story feels incomplete, or poorly told by Ian, probably fake. They got the license plate, a picture of the guy, presumably his identity, and Ian doesn't know anything about him, the police don't know what happened to him? Nobody ever tried to call back the number of the "brother" the guy called? The guy never turned up... did they leave the car outside of Ian's house, cause that's what it sounds like. Wouldn't a more appropriate end to the story be that the guy became an unsolved missing person report?
Never open a door to a stranger at night...if they need to call due to their car breaking down...call help for them instead of letting them use your phone
isn't it amazing that none of these stories from all youtubers in this categories, the victims never carry firearms and the cops always show up within 5 minutes.
