Refinishing a 1974 Lane Mid-Century Nightstand

I recently found this mid-century modern nightstand at a local thrift store. Manufactured by Lane in 1974 it was in pretty good condition. The veneer had been damaged in a few places and the finish had a decent amount of wear but for the grand total of $10 it was definitely worth the time to restore it to its former glory. A lot of scraping, some sanding and some stain and it’s as good as new… or as close to as I could make it.
