So, apply for Spouse Open Work Permit rather than Visitor Visa.... Also, you can decide when your Spouse and kid will travel to Canada and how long they will stay and whether Spouse will work or not... So, you can use Spouse Open Work Permit as Visitor Visa... I have never asked anyone to apply for Visitor Visa after any refusal of Spouse Visa, if there is eligibility of getting it. I practice what I say... Try a counseling session... It will be same as my videos. In fact to most, I send my videos for the doubts.... Most videos are also based on doubts and suggestions only....
@ Your work is good but your team is incompetent. Even after the second refusal they asked me to reapply for visitor visa saying ‘is bar theek se karenge’. Right now I travelled back to meet my wife and kids after getting my PGWP as I was away for one year.
We do not leave things for 2nd application... we write the Best SoP in 1st application and the Best Possible Documentation... As per the policy, we do not charge anything for 2nd, 3rd, 4th Applications until clients get visa so there is NO Encouragement to do multiple applications for any client. So, we always put the best efforts to get visa in the 1st attempt only... it is in best interest for all parties including clients and us as it saves time and money both.... So, my team saying ‘is bar theek se karenge’ doesn't fit in the system as my team has nothing to improve in next application and everything best is done in current application only... In 99.9% cases, no additional document is attached for the next application. We just update Financial Proofs if there is any Update that like Balance Changed in Account, New Salary Slips Received, etc. But New Type of Documents are not attached in next application after refusal... So, we have nothing to make 2nd application better and there is no point saying that we will do next application correctly..... Our 1st application is the best and it stays best until we get visa...
Even Jatinder Sir asked me to we will get positive result after 1 refusal. I again trusted on him and again I got refusal. I left my 1 year and 5 year old babies behind me as well. I will never recommend anyone for you
I guess it is better to act like like a visa officer rather than like a ....... Also, if I do not know how these visa applications are processed then are you a visa officer who knows in and out about these application... and if you really are a visa officer then please start processing applications quicker rather than wasting your time on commenting on videos.... it will help applicants a bit by getting results earlier...
