I am currently doing BCA here and i was thinking to do msc in cs from canada specifically in bc some of the uni are ubc,sfu,unbc and victoria uni and as i am into tech will that not be easy for me to get a good job and eventually pr through pnp And other option i was considering to do masters from india only gain 3 yr of experience and then apply for pr from here only. My family background i would say is middle class , what would be the good option for me as per your perspective

In my opinion if you are working for an Indian company, the income would make sense in an Indian account. Rest please consult a legal consultant for advice. This is opinion not advice.

My advice will be that you do masters in India, gain experience, then apply for Permanent Residency.
