probably the best homebrew channel!
Thank you, cheers!!!
Hey, it’s been like a few months. When are we gonna get another fucked up Friday.
Since you have filmed this, I had you try my rendition of one in a melon. I used Philly and not the Brettanomyces yeast that comes with the kit. I also used dextrose and not DME. The Walter Malone does have a cleaner finish and is a tad more fruity. That tartness was a bit more noticeable in my one in a melon. All in all a couple of really good sours. Give me a 40⁰ Celsius day and a dozen of these and a good time will be had. Thank you for the video it just affirms that kits beers are certainly a good alternative to those who don't have the time and space for a mash brew! Love the content keep it coming!
Just when I thought I followed all the homebrew channels on youtube… I came across yours. Awesome
Thanks for checking out our videos. Cheers!!!
Any new posts in the pipeline? I’m getting withdrawals:-)
I'm going to buy you a SG eyeglass for Xmas. Great vid Brad. I missed you-e-poo.
I’m getting a withdrawal from your vids, are you working on anymore?
Love the music! Is that Brad on guitar?
Not this time. It's royalty free music from Artlist.
Wait, it's Thursday! That's fucked up.
We thought we'd try putting it out early and catch our Australian friends on Friday too.
Bought a FV similar to the bucket buddy but without the thermowell, made by Klarstien in germany, been using a fermzilla for ages and while its great it's not the most convenient for some styles.
Agreed
I was curious myself if the cip attachment could be used for mashing. Thanks for f@&$ing up for me!
they sell keglands sergeant sparge head wort spreader attachment that's great for mashing
Like dannyboy mention the sargeant spargehead is what you would want for mashing. I tried the CIP and it didn't work well.
In your Sour Series- Walter Malone Watermelon Wheat beer, what do you use for your water chemistry in Winnipeg??
I shot for:
5.48 mash ph
126 calcium
13 magnesium
30 sodium
175 chloride
122 sulfate
1.44 chloride/sulfate ratio
