I use this in OBS as a mic filter so i can use it in real time and i could never figure out how to get it to do autotune until today, thanks man.

A mate sent me an a capella lead vocal with the intent that I create a backing track that others could use individually - so I could bring it all together. Unfortunately, there was some pitch drift at key points in my mate's track. Splitting the track and using Graillon 2, I had a base version I could use. We won't retain my mate's original vocal - he can sing over my backing.
The point of this is to show, even before you can fully learn Graillon's facilities, it is an easy-to-use useful utility. Works fine on Windows 7 too.

@@iamkokan All I need to, for now. My hardware works well with it (and I can't be certain that later OSs will be compatible), my software is generally older stuff that suits my way of working. At some point I know I'll need a newer box & OS. When what I need to do becomes restrictive, then I'll investigate migrating what I can.

The key for this song is the first note of the melody. Also, you can find the key 99% of the time. It’s usually the last note in the song I call it the TA daaaaaaaa note , the ending note

so i just downloaded it and its cool but i dont hear one bit of auto tune in there, its more like a very subtle robotic tune and really it sounds like my orignal vocals . i have all the settings up to. i dont know if they changed it over time but its just not working for me

Can you use this for live monitoring?
I’m guessing you aren’t a rock/metal guy but could you make a video on how to add distortion or correct it to notes to where it doesn’t have a weird twist to it?
For that I'd suggest using a different program - Melodyne would be the way to go

ZigZag Music Production School Online lol into what. The vst? Confused. I downloaded about 8 vst’s and only one showed up in my mpc beats. I’ve given up with vst’s for now as I’m clearly useless 😂. I’m making beats that’s the main thing 👊🏼
Find the vst directory for your software and then move the vst into it and then scan for vsts in your software and boom

Unfortunately I cannot get Vegas to detect it in the "VST Plug-ins" section of preferences, even though I managed to get it to do that with Gsnap years ago

That might slightly happen depending on the settings - I would make sure everything is completely dry at first

Basically adding or removing pitch, but you have also to sing in a certain way
why does mine still sound robotic?
Make sure you record in concert pitch. For example, if using a guitar as accompaniment, make sure it is tuned to concert pitch (use an electronic tuner). The more correction, the less natural the rendering.
