I appreciate the effort you put into making this video-it's truly valuable. My personal best decision in life was to turn to natural hair loss prevention products, and that's why I saved my hair. These natural products don't have expensive marketing campaigns, so you've probably never heard of them, but trust me, be sure to try them, and you'll thank me. I think Norlest has everything related to these natural formulas.

I remember the fear of balding. It was wild to deal with at 21 years of age. Love and support from those around me, made it easy to shave it off. Chrome dome since then. Love yourself is my only advice.

This me but at 19 after a bad rollover car accident. Turned out that the stress triggered an auto immune disease that was in my genetics called alopecia totalis. My hair, beard, eyebrows, eye lashes, and body hair was falling out. Then male pattern happened on top of that a couple years after. I fought so hard to keep it but I couldn’t get it under control. I then just learned to love myself even if I was going to be this hairless creature. It was so freeing.
At that same time in my life I developed fatty liver and pre-diabetes. I passed out from eating a steak dinner and after a visit with a holistic doctor, I changed it around. 3 months later I was in the best shape of my life. I became obsessed with being healthy and never letting that happen again. I experimented with supplements, diet, and exercise.
Around this time I realized my scalp, beard, and eyebrows weren’t itching as much as usual. Some of my hair grew back and the hair loss slowed down by a lot. At 32 today I still have enough hair to cover my scalp and aside from a couple bald or thin spots on my eyebrows and beard that never came back, I look close to how I did before it all.
I think God was trying to teach me a lesson to love myself. Once I did it was like he led me on a path to give me back what was being taken. I still think about it to this day and my hair is still thinning, just much more slowly. One day it will be back to the razor for me and I don’t care. Love yourself is such a powerful lesson. I’m grateful for it.

Please never make fun of hair loss, as people who haven't experienced it can't understand how painful it is. To those of you who are losing hair, don't lose hope. As someone who has the most aggressive hair loss (my two brothers were Norwood 7 by 28-30), not to mention aggressive retrograde alopecia as well, all my cousins in both families are Norwood 6-7 by 30. I am 32 and have managed to keep 90% of my hair. Unfortunately I experienced bad side effects from finasteride and had to quit. However, using minoxidil + microneedling saved my hair. I strongly believe that DHT is related to blood circulation, which in turn due to low supply leads to hair loss. I used a derma roller + minoxidil and kept losing hair. Once I switched to a high-quality pen, within two months my shedding stopped and my hair started to get thicker by month 4 with a lot of new growth. I have followed this protocol for 5 years and haven't lost ground. It's possible-just be consistent. use a good Pen and do NOT skip sessions. If it worked for me, it should work for EVERYONE.

      Gifts for a King
They entered the house and saw the child with his mother, Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasure chests and gave him gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh.
      -Matthew 2:11
Christmas is a time of giving, a time when we remember friends and family and give gifts in the name of Jesus.
But sadly, many of us often feel pressure to spend a lot of money or buy gifts for people with whom we have no relationship at all. Then there are times when we receive gifts from people, yet we haven’t bought gifts for them. Thus, we sometimes give gifts out of obligation.
On the other hand, we look forward to buying gifts for certain people. In fact, we often can’t wait to give our gifts to them because we want to see the joy they have in receiving them. Jesus said that “it is more blessed to give than to receive” (Acts 20:35). And it truly is.
The wise men from the East brought gifts to Jesus gold, frankincense, and myrrh. Now, what kind of gifts were these for a child? Myrrh is an embalming element. Why give an embalming element to a baby? The wise men, however, had an insight into who Jesus was.
They gave Jesus gold because they recognized it was a proper gift for a king. They gave him frankincense, which is what the high priest used when he went into the temple to represent the people. And they gave Him myrrh because they recognized this king would die for the world. He is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. He is our High Priest. And of course, He is the One who died for all our sin.
What can we give to God in this holiday season? What do we give to God, who has everything? Here is what God wants from you: He wants your life. The greatest gift that you can give Him this Christmas is yourself.
And the greatest gift that you can give to God as you enter a new year of opportunities is to say, “Lord, I give You my life. I give You my talents. I give You my abilities, my weaknesses, my dreams, and my future. I offer myself to You.” That is what God wants from us.
Therefore, let’s be like the wise men and worship Jesus and give to Him. We will be glad that we did, because we can never outgive God.
Make time for Jesus. Make room for Christ. As the classic Christmas carol “Joy to the World” says, “Let every heart prepare Him room.” The same Jesus who was born in Bethlehem, died on the cross, and rose from the dead is alive right now. He is standing at the door of your heart and knocking. He says, “Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends”
      (Revelation 3:20)
Jesus is knocking at the door of your life. Are you going to open it, let Him in, and make room for Him?

I think you are making a big mistake…maybe a couple. You are a very handsome guy-handsome with a full head of hair but also without any hair. Once you get on the futile path of fighting “male pattern baldness,” you can’t stop until you shave what’s left off-now or later. Also, you’d find that you’ll be able to corner faster without all that hair consuming some of your angular acceleration. And who cares what people think? Dr Phil observed, quite correctly I believe, that you wouldn’t what people think of you if you understood how infrequently they think of you. Negative comments are a large portion of all comments but a tiny fraction of all readers, followers, sharers, etc.
Do what makes you feel good! If that’s what you’re doing, God bless you.

What I'm sure he used to regrow his hair:
-Finasteride: A drug that inhibits the production of DHT (the hormone that causes male hair loss) by up to 70%. Helps by preventing further loss and in many cases promotes some regrowth. A great long term treatment
-Minoxidil: An effective growth agonist that regrows hair by drastically increasing blood flow. Works for the majority of people
-Micro needling/ derma rolling: Poking 0.5-1.5 millimetre holes on your scalp. Helps with the absorption of minoxidil which can DOUBLE your minoxidil results.
-Ketoconazole shampoo: This is a shampoo used as an anti-fungal treatment but also happens to be a mild antiandrogen. Works by preventing androgens from binding into the receptors. Can be used as an adjunct treatment with other treatments.

After high school my hair got slightly less thicker and grows a little slower as well. I thought I was balding at first but I wasn’t so when that likely happens to you don’t become consumed by it or try hair treatment until you know for sure. As you get older your hair becomes more sensitive as well. For instance my hair becomes noticeably more thin in the winter due to being deficient in vitamin D which I have to supplement or sheds more if I’m not eating the proper macros or washing to much or too little.
