@@he-dp3mk didn't you hear both conversations? The guy called first and was rude and insulting to Miss CRM (Raysa). We were not able to record that call, but Carlos explained it well during his call.

Yes my friend. That was actually Betty (my sister) who he was being rude to. We didn't get to record the first call with my wife, to whom he was also very rude.
Don't ever give any, any, non customer the serial number. There is a reason they stopped putting those in photos a long time ago.
He will use that and claim that is the serial number on his watch.
Without that number. He doesn't have a case.
Make him send you, his photo id, with the watch he claims is his and the serial number he has for his watche, then and only then, you can share ur serial number however, only in court.
You won't need a lawyer for this case because he definitely will not show up unless you give him the serial number.
Make him prove to you what the serial number is.
You are correct. He had already given us the serial number and Carlos confirmed that it wasn't the same one.

Wrong way to talk. I run a Porsche repair shop and if anyone in any situation spoke like that, they would be fired the next day. As we deal with luxury goods, we must keep manners in every situation. This is our business card.

Maybe the best way is not to talk or upload a video here so nobody can have their judgement on how to deal with the customer like yourself.
I hear you, but what you did not see in the video (because it wasn't recorded) was the initial call with Miss CRM, where the guy was rude and disrespectful. This incident had started way before Betty got fed up during that call. This guy was not a customer. He was a random guy calling the store, being rude/disrespectful, and making false accusations.
Finally someone acts like a man and treats those scammers how they should be treated 💯

Journe doesn't have reference numbers, just model names. that's a Chronometre Bleu or "CB" for short. You should check out the website.
Law enforcement post here. Police aren’t going to do anything. This is a civil matter. Have the guy who’s calling show you a copy of the police report showing the serial # or watch he’s claiming it was stolen. 🤷🏽♂️

It's not the brand of computer you just need a video card you have a good video card its a lot faster. Also if you use Adobe and like to run 3 programs at once, the thread count of the processor makes a difference too.
No, it's not just the brand. It's also the video card and memory (maxed out for this system), RAM (128 GB for this one), thunderbolt 4 to maximize throughout to the Shuttle-8 RAID from our sponsor SanDisk professional, etc. This system blows any Windows PC we run out of the water in terms of speed and processing power for video editing. Andres is ecstatic. 😉
@@Crmjewelers the computer ram isnt used as much as rhe graphics card ram. You can have a quite crappy computer with a good video card and do the same thing. Its all in the video card, the rest is a bonus. Storage helps for sure, especially with 4k. Thats a whole different world. I will never forget converting. At the time no one was using 4k. So there was no one talking about proxy files or anything like that to help. Laptop editing was probably a nightmare. I couldn't imagine. Makes me wonder why it took so long but thank god there are changes. That poor man! Its such a difference.

Charlie I told you there are tons of watches in New York to sell under ten Grand. Think of this, you have watches way under ten grand . There is many more of those buyers then other customers. I sold my Rolex to a jeweler without having to get fingerprints. I signed it over to them so they can sell it.
Did your dealer initially sold you the watch?
@@Crmjewelers I bought it from a local A.D. jumped on a plane and took straight to the buyer.
In Florida, you need to get the form completed with the seller's fingerprint and run it through the database. Either the State you sold it doesn't require it or the jeweler didn't want to follow instructions.
@@Crmjewelers probably didn’t require it. I had/have the original sales receipt. How would the process work when shipping a watch to you?
The State of Florida requires that the form we showed in the video be completed along with the sellers fingerprint.

You guys have to be careful with stealing. You have to check every watch that comes in. Don't do deals at the end of the day. If it smells bad, it is. Neal
We are very careful. This includes following all state and federal regulations when it comes to stolen watches. Everything gets run through the required national database.

The guy on the phone talks so much shit it went from him saying his dad gave him that watch a long time ago to saying that other dealer is the guy who sold him that watch which one is it pure sketchy and most people didn’t not catch that in the conversation when the guy was talking but I caught it right away
