Anyone can scam a technologically unsound person.
This scam was going on since 2018 or 2019. I was also sent a scan code back then while I was looking for a second hand bike. I came to know that it's like a click bait so I insisted him to physically meet me. All these scamming apps look alike ones are made in china using our own software people.
