That ginger and honey drink looks so nice 💛!! I drink hot water lemon and honey a lot in the mornings now as my doctor advised me not to drink coffee anymore due to my anxiety and I’ve noticed a huge difference . Love that umbrella 🌈🌈🌈 xxx

Mark, lemon is very good for you. I have a cold glass of water with lemon and cucumber and lots of ice. I tried raw food with my cockerpoo Lillie and she won’t touch it but give her a carrot and she loves it.
Mark my son runs & goes to the gym he got a horrendous itchy armpit &my pharmacist friend told me to get him some canesten honestly & you know what it worked wonders try it.

Try salt water spray instead of a deodorant, all natural and it keeps the smell away. It can even be used on one feet if one has a problem with smelly feet. You can buy it in health stores, or online.
Mark you're probably allergic to something. It can be the perfume or some of the metallic stuf in those products. i ld recommend trying something else, but they all kinda have those stuf in them. you can also get tested for allergies to some metal
