I also love how Kiki was really confident to share her views and opinions and say what she feels, not that she doesn’t anyway but she just seemed more confident in herself which was cool. Nadia you and the girls should do a charity auction with your old clothes, I think you’d raise some great amount of money. :)
It's okay, Nads.....we all do it!!! You deny yourself too much. Eat a bit of dark chocolate every other day or so. Don't deprive yourself. Be kind to yourself, my friend, like you are to your family and friends!!!! Love you all so much!!

Each Friday evening before anything else just sit and meditate!!!! Make it a ritual. I'd love to see you just breathe and then all of you paint with KiKi!!! You are beautiful!!! You don't have to do anything. I, too, have anxiety. Right now I'm panicking about the hours left when I'm going to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday. If we could all live in the moment and just love each minute, life would be much better!!!

Mark, I always get it too - the most stressful emails always come in on a Friday afternoon! BUT, I think people do it on purpose because they know that both you and they now have the weekend to relax, and you haven’t really got to deal with it for a few days. I see it as a good thing now, because often going away and switching off over the weekend means I come back to it with a bit more perspective and, if nothing else, refreshed. So when Monday morning rolls around I just pick up the email and handle it! And I usually find that, because I’ve had the break/rest of the weekend, it’s not half a stressful/difficult as I thought .
(Maybe that’s just me and I assume the nature of our work is very different, so sorry if you’re sitting there thinking ‘oh how nice for you that you can leave it until Monday!’ But I hope this is a good thought for some situations, or for other readers at least! Either way, taking a break or a breather when something stressful (work-wise) comes in often works way better than you might think :)

Ahh the weekend ... should be the time you spend and enjoy your family... stop fretting what needs or should be done and just go with the flow of the day. I love your family vlogs but I will admit I really miss the stuff you and Kaye did on your other channel 🦋💕

My Adult SONS !! Have been playing this - i thought they were all watching a Western ... its so REAL !!! They are all (3) in competion atm as to who gets the furthest each session .. as a nifty fifty something i am in ore of todays technology ... this particular game looks great 👍 & i am no gaming fan , infact ive never played 🙄 x
