+John Tia Its not confirmed that Kinemon has clothes fruit. He just said that he ate an unusual fruit. It has been speculated that he has eaten some other fruit and clothes power is just a part of it. If oda had confirmed through a dialogue or SBS that Kinemon has clothes fruit I would have definitely included him in this list.

I always thought if a human ate the Human-Human fruit they would become the very peak of what a human can be so they'd have things like enhanced strength, speed, intelligence, etc. kind of like Captain America

A devil fruit's power level is base on its user's imagination and how effectively he applies it. Take Kuma for example who ate the paw paw fruit, who knew that you could do so much damage with a paw pad in each hand
I would, a power that can repel anything? yeah I would think of a few things I could do with that, imagine white beard but so much stronger it isn't funny, that would be what I would do with it.

Saying that a devil fruit is bad because of Haki is the same as saying that a devil fruit is bad because you're fucked when you fall into water.

@@KitsCloud there is a difference haki is the common answer to a devil fruit user so it would be common sense to see which devil fruits are worst off against haki since that is what most people use to counteract devil fruits.
Not trying to be mean but using haki as an excuse on why the devil fruit is bad isn't a valid reason, you could use that reason on most devil fruit in general.

That, along with the fact that Haki doesn't disable DF powers like the Slip Slip Fruit. The blow, even haki-infused, would just slip right off still. The only way to NEGATE powers is to use sea-stone, seawater, or blackbeard's fruit.

I find the slip slip fruit pretty powerfull tbh, almost anything slides off and it makes your skin nicer, the guy in the vid made out like the skin is the only benefit but it's not, it's just an added bonus, if she wanted to I'm sure she could easily turn off her powers to an extend like most devilfruit users can.

Alvida's devil fruit is somehow useful. She can slide for faster mobility. Any attacks will just slip to her except if it is enhanced with haki or comes from a logia user.

Number 2, actually, Oda said in an interview that if a human eats the Hito-Hito no Mi: Model human, he would become "ascended", something like Sengoku, but "gold". I think that's actually powerful.

It might give you much much higher control of your body. I am talking transformation of your muscles to suit different needs. Non-DF users like Garp and Rayleigh could maybe become who knows how strong with this fruit if they are aable to change their body type at will.
Alvida's fruit isn't so bad. She is basically immune to physical harm (both punches and cuts) from anyone not posessing hardening haki which is already more than half of the Straw Hat crew and she can glide over surfaces giving her a speed boost. And these are the shown abilities. And let's not forget she turned extremely beautiful which, in the one piece world, means that only women can fight her.
+buciallstar I also think that thing is awesome. She can 'slide' around and is like you said immune to many attacks. And there's probably even more she could do if it wasn't so early in the series. Devil Fruits nowadays are somewhat a lot stronger and people know how to make more of them. If Lavida would came back in New World I bet Oda would figure something very strong for her out.

Alvida herself is slippery and that power only extends to the range of her body (clothes included, like all other DF) and doesn't become apparent in anything she touches. The Soap girl is the exact opposite where everything she touches becomes slippery but that doesn't apply to her body (clothes included... for some reason). Now if Alvida awakened and her power extended to things she touched... but that's already an inherent ability in another DF and defeats the purpose of all DF being one of a kind.
taloutezero that's not really true. You have the snow and the ice logia, you have the kilo and the ton paramecia. chop chop and berry are also extremely similar.

its the same with Pierre...a bird that has eaten the Uma Uma no mi(horse-horse fruit)...really no benefits to it if an animal transforms into another animal, unless it was the other way around.

That ball guy just sucks really. He could be able to use his fruit like buggy . Also if he made his whole body into haki bullets, that could be strong. And the jacket fruit might be good if you have a strong body, and you zip over someone with a strong devil fruit, thus adding your strong body and maybe haki to their strong devil fruit. Like Garp with jacket fruit on Kizaru would be unstoppable .

Right off the bat, all Logia users, anyone who "turns" into something, anyone who self-auguments, and anyone who have inherent physical abilities (I.e. Luffy, Buggy and Alvida) are incompatable with the Jacket user. How would Kizaru be unstoppable when his own DF is no longer in play? He goes from Logia user to punching bag in the time it takes him to put on a jacket. The brothers work the best, considering the younger one can casually tank Haki-imbued axes without any signs of having used Haki to defend.

Michael Dever Their DF powers extend outward from their bodies. The jacket completely covers them up (he becomes a "second" skin) with not even a gap showing. How would Logia users create anything with they are completely covered? That would mean shooting Ice/light/magma out of the jacket, damaging the jacket user in the process.
I think if someone is weak, it should be blamed on the person not the devil fruit, every fruit has Thier awakening so if The user is worthless so is the fruit.

Paramecia's aren't the only one's with Awakened forms. Zoans have also been stated, and shown, to have Awakened forms. In fact, the very first Awakened DF user shown just so happened to be a Zoan type, the Minotaurus Jailer Beast from Impel Down. For that matter, all of the other Jailer Beasts were stated to be Awakened as well.
Considering how rare devil fruits are supposed to be in the One piece universe there sure are a whole lot of devil fruit users around.

Let me remind you however that the only ones who could even damage Enel, would be powerful Logia types with highly skilled ken haki or strong buso haki users that can use their ken haki better than him. Luffy was only lucky that he was immune to Lightning. Despite Luffy's immunity, he still had an intensely difficult WAR with Enel.
There's no "Weakest" DF. The fruits just compliments each other. Some people might think Buggy's fruit as useless but one might fight mihawk with it.

Haki does not negate devil fruit abilities. Oda has made that very clear. Haki does allow a user to make physical contact with Logias however

the difference between haki and sea stone is that haki can bypass the defences of a devil fruit in the area of contact but doesnt actually cancel out the powers, while sea stone will fully cancel out the powers regardless of where contact was made (justslightly touching a logia user with sea stone will fully prevent them from becoming their element while still on contact, that is why most handcuffs and prison bars are made of sea stone)

What if eating the Human-Human fruit allowed a stronger level of Haki? Double the humanity double the willpower or something? Also with the latest one piece stuff, you can see that there are 'level's to the power of a fruit ability which are unlocked by the user so who knows what these fruits could become or do.

Yup but in one piece mostly humans eat devil fruits so that isn't so big problem
there are no weak devil fruits. Only weak devil fruit users. Basically with a devil fruit you are given a word to use. You must find a way to use this word to your advantage however possible. Take the hypothetical fruit the "Blind Blind fruit." This fruit would allow the user to steal one of their targets senses for a period of time after coming into contact with them. Most people would take away the typical senses such as sight, or hearing. But what about other senses that are not so obvious? What about your sense of time, pain, individuality, morality, or independence? All it takes to make a devil fruit more powerful is finding less than obvious uses for it. Think outside of the box and beyond what you are given. Hell, chopper down right broke his devil fruit by artificially expanding his fruits powers with the Ruble Balls. He used the most important thing given to him by the Human Human fruit, his intelligence. However, that is just my opinion, say what ever you like about it. I learned all of this in the fan fiction "This Bites!" on fanfiction.net. Check it out because it is a really awesome SI fic.

You know I agree with you on number 1 but the others. Paramecia fruits give one power many people dismiss them as one off abilities. Yet look at Luffy and Doflamingo, Issho, the list goes on. All of them are paramecia users yet each one is very powerful. The Key with Paramecia fruits is knowing their weaknesses and limits but getting creative with them Look at Brook guy can detach his limbs to fight and coat his sword in supernatural ice b/c he thought outside of the box on how to use his fruit. Hina could train further and figure out that she could alter the properties of her bindings; Steel, Titanium, Tungsten, maybe even Seastone mixed with other metals. How about adding Haki to her bindings which would strengthen them or using it in tandem with her body abilities. Chopper utilizes his Zoan fruit to alter his forms. I doubt it's unique to his fruit, and one could speculate this ability is inherent to all Zoan fruits, but no one tries to think outside the box like Chopper did. So maybe a human using Human fruit could gain other forms, strength, speed, durability. intellect, perception, adaption, dexterity, and a combination of them for more powerful forms. Lucci uses a special Rokushiki technique to shrink his half animal form. With the compression of his form likely comes an increase in power, strength and speed, while also making him a smaller target. It all comes down to a devil fruit user's willingness to learn about more about their fruit and how to utilize their abilities in creative and effective ways while still working within the confines, and limits of their respective fruit.
The old Fleet Admiral Sengoku ate a Human-Human fruit and became the Buddha. He was easily above admiral level , so the Human-Human fruit isn't useless

DramaCommunity Knowing Oda, if a human had received that fruit, that character would find some way to utilize it. Look at the Door fruit, that Air Door is freaking incredible as an ability Blueno came up with, but the fruit would be useless with someone who has no imagination.

Its the same as how we've seen the Straw Hats progress with their fruits. Robin can make an entire body clone, Brook can soul walk/communicate with "souls", Chopper can create even more distortions of himself and Luffy can manipulate his elasticity, muscle size, blood flow and bone density. That stuff required imagination and skill. Not everyone who picks up those fruits will automatically use them in that manor, they might find interesting/unique ways to utilize them.

No devil fruit is weak or worthless. Whether or not you master the devil you consume and bring out it's full power or potential depends on your will and imagination. The slip fruit and lock fruit won't work on haki users? bullshit. That's only if the devil fruit user doesn't USE haki themselves. And even Then, the one with the STRONGER haki wins in hski clashes. If I had the Slip or lock fruit alone, Luffy wouldn't want none of me, cause I can think of at least 6 different ways to use those powers that their current owners haven't done.

yeah, but you have to admit not all devil fruits have equal powers or practical uses. like the beri beri no mi forcing your entire body apart at once and leaving you completely defenseless if your head is caught when the bara bara no mi lets you separate parts at will. or the fact we don't know if the hito hito no mi will give new human forms to other humans and can just infer that it wont give any new powers. so yes, devil fruit powers are mostly based on imagination, but the abilities it gives sometimes flat out don't have much potential as others, and some devil fruits are better in some way.

Personally i think the rust rust fruit was the weakest that ive seen. The only one it was effective against was Zoro when he lost his sword Yubashiri, but that was before he learned how to use Haki. Also i think that the smoke smoke fruit was pretty useless as well. Smoker was only an effective fighter when he was fighting weak opponents that didnt have Haki, and if it wasn't for that Jitte with the sea prism stone on it then he would have been pretty much useless against other devil fruit eaters. All his strength seemed to come from him, not his abilities.
Daniel Unger Huh, i dont remember the rust fruit doing damage to humans... And i would have to disagree with the smoke being admiral level. I mean, he other guys have the ice fruit and lava, they can do damage without even attacking, smokes not going to do much except impair your vision and make it difficult to breathe. He couldnt even use it to attack, he had to reform parts of his body to punch and kick, thats what i meant by his strength comes from him not his power. All his smoke power seems to do is make him harder to hit by people without Haki.

I kind of dissagree with the smoke thing only after playing the One Piece fighting game, His smoke can be used for several options like quickly traveling for attacking and even escape and basically he can shoot his hands to attack as a high speed. MY memory of his moves in the show is fuzzy but in the game he can immobilize people with it i forgot if he does that in the show lol. But yeah its definitely not one of the best but then again I also feel like he isnt using it to its full potential

In the anime one would be the clear winner, while in the game, the damage that the attacks do are balanced out a bit more. Like in the game, luffy and smoke would be equal in strength, and the only difference would be the type of fighter they are. I only played it once but i hated it for this reason.

If that was the same for the invisibility fruit, the user would be able to become invisible in concept, which would include haki.

If Vergo can use a bamboo stick and break smokers jutte, and if Luffy can be rubbery while being clad in armament haki, Hina can bind and restrain people with armament enhanced iron and alvida can be slippery and durable with armament haki

The Hito-Hito ni Mi labeled as a useless fruit is one of the biggest BS i always keep seeing. The Zoans are confirmed to carry such a quality that their forms are the pinnacle of the race they carry, basically giving a body that itself is legendary, Make it human, and add the brainpower that it brings. Chopper being an animal originally shows how strong a Zoan actually is. His original, thus supposedly dominant form has been completely overturned by the powers given to him by the Hito-Hito no mi, giving him the ability to think and talk in all forms. And if you would say that he is not particularly smart, based on how he acts, I would like to shine the light on the fact that he makes it look a jolly tea party to become a doctor and create borderline miraculous drugs in his age, while he still did not become an emotional wreck by all the new and previously unknown things known as feelings, imagination, and measly stuff that you dont even realize how hard to maintain since you are born with it.

Actually the Human-Human fruit is quieter useful, unlike other Zoan fruits, Chopper can blend in with actual humans (even though he’s really hairy) and would look like a normal guy walking down the street. Plus, he has lots of different modes. The only one that has a time limit is his big gianto one.
For heaven's sake, "weak against Haki" is hardly an argument. Literally every DF is weak against Haki and those two give the user perfect invincibilty against physical attacks and more. People just tend to forget that Haki is reserved for the strongest because every character that sticks around in the show is a powerhouse.

Hey, note that already number one can actually grant a perk of controlling and inheriting the strength of the wearer, with the human-human fruit. There's no perk and you also lose the ability to swim.
I saw Luffy in the thumbnail and I was like, "How the fuck is Luffy's power weak?" To be honest, it's a very simple devil fruit power. Luffy never really used his rubber body to its fullest until he invented 2nd and 3rd gear, but even then one is just a speed boost. It's not until Gear 4th does Luffy take full advantage of his rubber body, where he can use haki, and still make him rubbery.
With 1,3,4 and 5 all you can say is that the current user are not very experienced with using the DF-power. When it comes to choppers fruit I dont agree at all. Im not sure how it would be, but I would think even if a human had this DF it would give them the ability to tranform in some way the suit their needs. You could transform to make it faster, bulkier and so on.
I really hate when they think hito hito no mi is weak... Chopper can do something more powerful... He have the IQ that easily increase.... Plus his medicine is getting better... It also helps them in animal talking. .

I don't think they're are any actual weak Devil Fruits. I think it's more of the user and how much they experiment and test the limits of their power, as well as how creative they are with attacks.
