Beyoncé the entity as an individual not just the leader of DC is not giving you En Vogue style of performance group or not. Destiny's Child were also influenced by The Supremes, TLC, Xscape and SWV who mentored them yet she doesn't perform in a similar manner. She took the glamour of Diana Ross in the presentation, the gritiness, fierceness and energy of Tina Tuner. That's it. En Vogue definitely influenced Destiny's Child as a group but their solo outputs and performance styles are very different and not comparable
