Altair's initial love interest before he met Maria was Adha, but she was killed.
Ezio had many love interests, but his 4 main ones were Cristina, Rosa, Caterina and Sofia. I don't mind Sofia, but man I wish they just stuck with Rosa, it's a shame that the voice actor died in that car crash.
Gerald clearly had feelings for Aveline, so I'm I'm pretty sure they hooked up. They initially considered hooking her up with Connor, but they decided against it because of their incompatible personalities.
Shay's son isn't named Liam as far as we know, that was fanfiction. He also had a grandson that he trained. Shay clearly had feelings for Hope, though that obviously came to nothing.
Arno did eventually have children, with whom is unknown, as Calem Lynch from the movie is his descendant.
Jacob and Clea is pure fanfiction and didn't need mentioning in this video (seeing you pointed out it was just a theory (based on nothing)). He most likely had a son seeing that Lydia maintains the Frye name, but that could mean anything.
Layla didn't have a husband or children. It's been long speculated that she's actually a lesbian and either Deanna or Victoria was her lover, but again that's speculation and I can't blame you for leaving that out.
Alexios and Neema should at least get a mention (seriously, fuck you Ubisoft)
Its generally accepted that Eivor's main lover was Randvi given how upfront that part of the plot was. If this was so, then Eivor wouldn't have had any children.

Before I write this I need to just state a fact... THE CLARA AND JACOB THEORY IS DISGUSTING AND HOLDS NO WATER AT ALL! Ok now back to it.
At the start of syndicate in the present day, we do see a list of assassins names, and it goes evie frye, jacob frye, and emmet frye. Considering that we know ethan was before jacob, and we know Jacob's family are English, which isn't the case for evie, then it seems likely that jacob dose indeed have a son called emmet frye, who's daughter is lydia frye. Why on earth the jack the ripper dlc wasn't about jacob and emmet, as we swap between the 2, is beyond me. Worth to note, jacob is bisexual and the game never has a canon wife for jacob. Even tho the game has a reference to Emmet Frye, who can only be Jacob's son, the game never shows a female name, besides that of Jacob's sister, mother, and grand daughter. Therefore it is likely that he is divorced or that he never married his childs mother at all, and never found true love, nor truely figured himself out or his situation. Sad but interesting. Finally I wanna state that Jacob being pushed to get with clara is a ridiculous idea, that is disgusting. It feels like some fans are so against the reality of who jacob is, that they force any female character to be "his future love interest" even tho he never has a in game female love interest at all.

@Xeno it wasn't stated. It was shown. The game was written by an openly gay man, who used alot of experience and history to develop Jacobs character. Jacob states he wants to "unite disenfranchised outsiders under one banner" which he only cares about because he is bisexual. Now in his time era, there was no word for bisexual in the modern sense, but people were very much still aware of it. Just not how to describe it. Jacob and roth talk in great detail about how "men like themselves" can't live freely, because men like Starrick only build a world around their own experiences. Jacob has to sacrifice his personal freedom for the good of london. Roth never could, and so became someone reckless and fairly evil. There is even an interview with the lead writer about this, and an article on how obvious representation can be there, but yet be ignored because many people still don't understand what makes a man gay/bisexual, nor the struggles and traits that come with that. Jacob is very much a bisexual character. In fact, if it wasn't for the statement that he was bisexual, then the only assumption that could be made from in game story, is that Jacob was gay. Seeing as he never expressed any interest in women ever. Not even once in the game. Yet the way he is with Roth is unique, and thus extends to the fact he only flirts with male characters. Which is something he dose after meeting Roth. There's alot of work that was put into the sexuality of Jacobs character, without making it in your face and annoying. But the flip side to that is that people now pretend Jacob isn't what he is, or they simply don't understand him.

If you've played the christina memories from brotherhood, then you know that she most likely was the first one and the only woman he was with until caterina in brotherhood, and then we only know about sofia for his later years. So that makes 3 women he's been with and the others are just mindless flirts because of his charming personality
For Rosa it would have been serious but her voice actor died in a car crash before AC: Brotherhood released
