Eden is Ethiopian jew, Feker Libi means my beloved. This song is sung in English, Amharic (Ethiopian lang), Arabic & Hebrew.

Also, most of the song was in English. there is some Italian "melodia" "confetia".

May be you should not consider them to be provocations but accept the reality that both Israëlis and Palestinians treat each other very badly, that is governments, military and terrorists. From both sides. To protest that, there is nothing wrong with it. Spread and share love instead and accept the truth from both sides. With love to both Israel and Palestine. ❤

Open your eyes, your ears, your heart, your soul, your senses. The Palestinian people are not the bad ones, nor are the Jewish/Israeli people, the bad ones are those in power and control who misuse the situation and the sentiments to create and spread hatred amongst each other. Your reaction is exactly what they want. The Icelandic delegation did not protest against the Jewish people or in favor of the Palestinian terroristic forces, they protested against the inhumane situation the Palestinian people are in. That is what it is about. Stop supporting governments and terroristic groups that only want to maintain the current situation full of hatred, for their own benefits. That is what the protest is about, not against Jewish people.
@@rudiknol3912 You simply do not understand. I have no problem with Arabs. Arabs and Jews live side by side peacefully in Israel. Yes, those who believe in this ideology are humans too, as are Nazis. It doesn't change the fact that this ideology self declared purpose is to annihilate the state of Israel and ethnically cleanse its Jewish population. This is what this flag represents. No country is perfect and everyone can do better. We all want our army to defend our lives while causing the least harm to innocent people. There are organizations in Israel who made it their goal. This is NOT what this flag represents. It has nothing to do with any politician. Israel is very pluralistic. There are countless political ideologies in Israel, none wants to be annihilated (even if people from opponent ideologies claim they do). If the Icelandic delegation was as ignorant as you are about the meaning of this flag, well, I'm not sure if it makes it better or worse.

Israel sent over the years Jews from many origins - most of them are not European BTW.
Actually All the winners were "Arabic Jews" - 1978 & 1979 & 1998 winners were Yamanite jews, and 2018 winner Netta - is half polish half Libian.
there aren't that many Ethiopian jews in Israel and at al but they are amazing people and the story of how they arrived to Israel is unbelievable.
What I love most about this song is the Fact that it represent Israel so accurately - joining of east & west, Arabic & Western Culture - with a very optimistic and fun story.
