First time seeing or hearing anything like this - that said I naturally make these similar throat sounds and didn’t pay too much attention to it until my son asked me why I was making that “noise”.
I noticed I do it when I’m feeling overwhelmed or stressed and it seems to calm me down.
I’ll have to do more research on this sound and culture.

@@healing-waves You're welcome, in 2010 I got diagnosed with minor depression, and was put on a course of 30 SSRI tablets, I finished the course of tablets and felt better, as a way of coping in my day to day living, I turned to psychedelic trance music, and other forms of music with a calming effect, I haven't had to go back on medication since I finished the course of tablets.
Its different.... deep meditation. Raises your vibrations
