I was filming in Folkestone yesterday at Folkestone Harbour Station and the Harbour Arm. Then I went around to Dover and filmed a few more things there. It was so hot out there but it looked really nice.
Gun Houses! These were the 2 buildings that housed the guns of a WW2 gun battery, the internal stairs went down to where the ammunition would have been stored as well as likely a shelter room for the troops stations their. It would have had other buildings surrounding it such as search lights and observation post but probably demolished now. Thanks for taking us for a look inside, I've known about these for a while now but living 4 hours away I've never actually had a chance to see them! 😊👍
