Please take a look at Google, there are 2 different types of trespass, civil and aggravated. This is classed as civil trespass as there were already many open entrance points.
Plus there was no sign of trespassing to and it wasn't dangerous building

Jack's the drone should not be able to fly in restricted zones, if you check the map in the DJI app it shows the zones, but while you are flying it's not that clear. In a boat video I did the drone flew down the beach and stopped at a pier all I could do was to reverse or turn left, it turned out to be a military pier for fueling landing craft, so you may have been to close to the blocked zone of the train yard. Great Video xx
It is ok flying around there I checked first before I flew it believe it or not you can fly over the The Channel Tunnel

@@JacksinUk I am only a few miles away in West St Leonards. The old town has a lot of character with some rather old buildings dating back hundreds of years. There is also a little ship that sailed over to Dunkirk in 1940 along Rock a Nore road called Edward and Mary.

@@JacksinUk I am actually working towards moving away from Hastings and relocating to a small town around 90 mins north of Inverness. I hope to be filming in said city in around 6-8 weeks since I didn't get the chance to the last time I was in the area.
