Wait the vid just came out 8 minutes ago and u commented 12 minutes ago????
Michelle, it was an absolute pleasure being a part of this journey with you!
Your work ethic is something else…
This is an amazing video by your team to show what your about…
oh and then the fight
To continue to fight, and dominate AND WIN with a broken nose takes a lot of HEART!
Not many could do that…
Don’t F**K with Michelle haha 😘
My mate 🥊
agreed mate :) . You deserved that olympic medal !
Tony, from this video, in addition to being an amazing boxer, you're an amazing coach! You're awesome!
Nice work 👍
Great work, coach!
You’re an absolute legend Tony ❤ hope you and your family are doing well :)
okay, but Tony was honestly so wholesome and supportive for the whole time
Everyone is different. Some fighters need motivational speeches and some need information on what they're doing right and what they're doing wrong.
💯 agree. Many coaches can make or break athletes due to their coaching style.
I went to Univ Pittsburgh years ago and an a-hole of a coach ruined the whole experience. Should’ve changed schools (hindsight 20/20).
Yes, hats off, to this trainer! Well done!
You can tell he is experienced in teaching
He’s a good man, I talked with him on IG, sent some of my boxing vids, he’s a really humble dude, gives great tips.
I think a good coach can change based off what the athlete needs I personally need my coaches a mean for jujitsu and karate tournaments and when I started coaching I was not very well received because I started coaching people how I needed to be coached and “tough love” and negative reinforcement doesn’t work for a lot of people had to learn that I’m coaching an athlete so I need to change to them not vice versa
her crying in the first sparring match is completly normal for someone who was a flight person and she showed a lot of courage to come out and do one of the toughest sports
❤❤❤😂that was beautiful funny empowering motivational just everything in one. Mad I didn’t see this sooner

@@armango_am9317 I dont really like to put genders in here, she´s showing that ANYONE independent of if its male or female, can do what they put their mind to do it
That "little girl" looks terrifying in the ring, her technique, you could see the skills.
I know Michelle always want to be perfect and that is one of her personal biggest challenges but she can breath easy knowing that bloody fight looked perfect to me!
She representing us 5'2's out there thank you for pushing yourself and never giving up Michelle, you're the right influence we need from social media. Much love champion! ❤️
I can’t fathom the emotion she felt at the end for people that don’t know, fighting isn’t just exchanging punches… it’s a super emotional thing, your whole being as human gets put to the test snd out on the line your character, your dignity, your honest, everything. It really pushes you and shows you what type of person that you can be. Great job Michelle, that was a damn good fight

Tony is so professional, firm, driven, yet understanding. What a fine coach. Very inspiring
What I love about this series is that she shows the parts where she is crying, hurt, insecure - this is the reality behind success. Thank you Michelle! You are awesome
Michele is as real as it gets when it comes to the challenges she takes on. She does not half step anything it is 100% r nothing no in between for her. She had a mindset of winning this fight from the beginning and it showed she kept the pressure up throughout the fight, a few pro fighters could take notes on how it's done.
This isn’t the reality bruh she just cries too much
Been a boxer for nearly all my life. Been a trainer for the last 7 or so years. Not every fresh fighter is gonna cry, but I damn well guarantee EVERY new fighter has that moment where they are not just beaten, but outclassed. You realize you've lost; no matter how much heart or anger or strength you think you have, you are helpless.
Whether they cry or not doesn't matter, because we all know the look. Tears or no, the face is the same. It's the physical, literal representation of that overused saying, "fall 10 times, get up 11" blah blah blah.
Everyone who tries to fight feels that moment, and I'm so happy she showed it so candidly. It's hard to watch, but it's the most important moment in every fighter's life.
Tony was so sweet and supportive, everyone deserves someone like him
What he act with a male then😂

8:16 I know EXACTLY what you're feeling in this moment, Michelle. I trained in kickboxing for a time and, while I plan to start again one day when my knee is fully healed, I had so many days when in the beginning when I was literally stress crying after a sparring match. Sometimes someone would hit me in the head really hard, I would get punched in the waist too hard that my stress and pain levels made me lose control of my tears, or I'd be hit to where I'd fall backwards that I felt so defeated. I have the best coach for my skill set and he'd just let me breathe a moment, get some water, and tell me to get back in. I can relate to that panic and the tears you struggled with.
If there's anything I can take away from that, it's that the there is nothing wrong with the tears. The only time it's not great is if you quit, and that's not what you did. You are amazing, girl!! Way to push through.🔥❤
This whole video, from the production to the people and content, is perfection.
Michelle, this is easily your highest-quality video. It's so well directed and produced. Kudos to Garrett and your team!
Yup, of all your videos this was easily the best. And congrats on the win. You definitely had the Eye of the Tiger
what a crazy video, great job michelle and your team. it's crazy how much dedication it takes to make a video like this :O
Thank you to you and Anisa for giving us this opportunity. Working with you both was truly a dream.
Why did you post your last video?
Hey I’ve got some really great news to share with you, Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died on a cross and resurrected on the third day so you may all have eternal life. If you believe and repent of your sins and put your faith and trust in Him as you would a parachute jumping off a plane at 25000 feet up in the air, He will give you eternal life in heaven as a free gift and I promise you, He will change your life forever as He did mine. He is the ONLY way to heaven and He loves you all. Please think deeply about this with urgency because this is your eternal life and soul, you don’t know when you could die, meaning you could die at any moment, so please consider this with all your heart. If anyone tells you that Jesus isn’t the only way, they are lying to you and they don’t care about your future.

This felt like a movie.
The trainer did an excellent job at the beginning. Really couldn't think of a way he could have done a better job. The walk after the spare was very smart
Frrrrr
I was already excited when I saw that Tony Jeffries was her coach, but seeing him coach Michelle through her first sparring session proved how good he is at his job. He knew when to push her, when to be gentle, and how to walk her through the emotions and tears that came after. He seems like a really empathetic man and a fantastic teacher
Most of youtube makes me feel like I'm not doing much with my life at this point, but this channel is the opposite. It gives me hope that I CAN do more than I am. I am so grateful for the effort you put into these, and the inspiration it gives all of us. ❤
"I hope you're ready to get knocked out by a little girl." WAS SO BAD ASS
This is Creed level entertainment right there. Hats off to you for the hardwork and dedication, Andrea as well for putting in that work and getting in the ring

Not gonna lie, the director did a wonderful job putting this together. By the time she was about to walk out, i got emotional. I really felt Michelle's heart and energy come through the screen.

I thought she was in her 20’s..but she’s 30!?
Can we appreciate all the work she does for us and always challenge accepted ❤
I have only recently come to your channel and I gotta say, what an amazing journey you take for each of these. This video in particular hits real good for me. You found an amazing person to be your trainer. I have been in several different schools for specific styles of martial arts, mma and various seminars and I can tell you that finding someone like Tony is pure gold. I've trained with both amazing instructors and one whose operations left me crippled to the point I thought I would never spar with someone again. Then it wasn't until years later and after a major car crash I went back into mma. Keep such beautiful energy in everything you do!
I’m absolutely blown away by how compassionate and thoughtful the coach is, while still pushing her aggressively because he already knew what he could put on her and what was too much.
Might have less views than a lot of her videos but the storytelling, training, and editing execution is some of the best ever from her. Great job Michelle.
I love this stuff so much seeing normal people who didn’t grow up in the combat sport world do this stuff for the first time kinda makes me realize how much these sports give and take. Being a little poetic you can see the full range of the human condition in one video watching someone train for a fight and I think that’s an amazing thing
Michelle I've never been inspired like this in my whole life. Thak you for the effort you put in every single video I really appreciate it. YOU ARE A STRONG WOMAN!!
Kevan and Tony couldn’t have been better coaches. The support they brought and just how proud they were actually brought me to tears
Sameee😭
Tony is the GOAT
Tony's smile at 36:15, you can see the pride in his face there. He knew Michelle had it.
This is the first video I have seen from you and this was a masterclass on how do a TH-cam video. The character development was amazing. I had chills from a sports aspect, emotional on the training, and pure awe as pulling off a 47 min video that felt like 6 min. Well done all around.
This is the best Challenge Accepted episode yet. The length of it, the cinematography, the editing, Michelle’s incredibly hard work and consistent effort, Tony being an amazing supportive trainer, the charity work, everything about it is top tier. This is the kind of video that reminds me of TH-cam’s golden age. Absolutely loving it. Incredible work to Michelle and her entire team. Inspirational in every sense of the word.

"Challenge Accepted" definitely applies here. During the COVID shutdowns, I did a couple of Virtual Ironman duathlons and their motto was "Everywhere Is Possible" which falls in line with Khare's "Challenge Accepted". This video was awesome!

That's true
I am halfway through and in tears. I truly don't think there is a better coach for Michelle. He doesn't beat her up. He just keeps encouraging her and showing her these are opportunities to improve. Amazing coach. Amazing video. Michelle should be proud and Tony should be recognized as a world class trainer. Showing the emotional side of boxing and knowing that building people up is better than tearing them down.

You can tell Michelle really worked hard the whole way. The fight was amazing. Absolute killer of a fight. You can see how hard she fought during the fight. You inspire me to get back into working out. You"re awesome and so committed. Loved it! Thank you
Watching Michelle on her first training match reminded me of my Muay Thai instructor. The first thing he taught me was, "Don't be afraid to get hit, 'cause you're going to get hit." Even with that in mind, receiving a punch or a kick is still a terrifying experience
This was single-handedly the MOST rivteting nail-biting TH-cam video I've ever seen in my entire life. There were tears, laughs, and everything in between. I felt like I just watched an entire movie.
well, technically speaking, anything over 45 minutes is considered a feature film, so you did
Same! And then with the description of everyone at the end it truly did feel like a movie. So many emotions absolutely loved it
Lifelong boxer here. 20+ years in the ring. Holy hell, Michelle.
I see a lot of things lately with the state of boxing that make me a sad guy, but watching this video and seeing the effort, respect, and heart you put into your training reminds me why I ever got in the ring myself.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your fighting spirit is an honor to our sport. You're an absolute lion.
Yes I would agree from the point of view of being a fan of boxing. Her training, and preparation for the fight was top notch, he strategy was exactly what it needed to be and when she was inside Andrea paid the price. Her having the short videos that Andrea put out about her training was a huge intelligence gathering mission. The pressure Michelle put on her during the fight shows us that the one who presses the fight usually wins the fight. Andrea Botez said it herself in a reaction video to the fight that Michelle intimidated and scared her before the fight started, that says a lot about how hard Michelle worked and how serious she was about it. Then again that is what Michelle does on everything she attempts.
the phrase “your fighting spirit is an honor to our sport” hits me in my heart 🥹
perfectly said
i've seen quite a few of these "Challenge Accepted" videos now. I have to say, this is BY FAR the best one! I didn't think I'd be so emotionally invested in it but the pain, the struggle, the triumph, I felt like i was going on that ride the entire way. Amazing
