We visited a Lithium Ferro Phosphate Battery manufacturing unit in Kayamkulam. It was a very informative experience. They showed us how the batteries are assembled and told us why LFP is safer compared to Li ion. Just wanted to share that experience with you guys ☺️

എന്ത് അടിപൊളി... Bms ന്റെ ഉപയോഗത്തെ കുറിച്ച് ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ വ്യക്തമായ മറുപടി അയാൾക്കില്ല... Bms.. Battery management system... എല്ലാ battery യും ഒരേ അളവിൽ ചാർജ് ചെയ്യാൻ സഹായിക്കുന്നു അതിനോടൊപ്പം battery full ആകുമ്പോൾ cut of ചെയ്ത് ബാറ്ററിയെ protect ചെയ്യുന്നു bms ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ battery over charge ആയി complaint ആകാനുള്ള സാധ്യത 100%

യൂടൂബർ ബാറ്ററികളെ കുറിച്ചും ബിഎംഎസ് നെക്കുറിച്ചും ഒരു മിനിമം കാര്യങ്ങൾ എങ്കിലും യൂട്യൂബിലും ഗൂഗിളിലും നോക്കി പഠിച്ചതിനു ശേഷം ആണ് പോയിരുന്നത് എങ്കിൽ കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ ചോദിച്ച് അറിയാമായിരുന്നു. ഇനി വീഡിയോ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ആ വിഷയത്തെ കുറിച്ച് അത്യാവശ്യം പഠിച്ചതിനു ശേഷം പോകാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുമല്ലോ.

Also not overcharging weekly for balancing what you told,,its not the way, only you have to add active balancer to maintain each cell equal voltage along with BMS.

I am having Li ion battery of hero optima DX which is bulged and which cannot be repaired same as shown in the video. I have tried to open the casing by unscrewing the charging port but the casing is made of plastic and inside I saw cells which are NMC i think. Most brands sell there vehicle by saying that there battery can be repaired but reality they don't promote repair battery instead selling new battery is beneficial for them .

@@nipunjoseph4616 @Nipun joseph Thats pure Chinese made ready made battery pack from china with prismatic type nmc cells. Its cells not available to buy separately. But nmc cylinderical cells battery packs are serviceable.
@@amptexpower there are battery assembling companies in Delhi and other state i got there number from India Mart I tried to reached them and they were selling 48v 24ah battery for 25k for customers but if we are saying that we are having business then they will say that they will provide it for 16 -17k only. that's a huge margin this companies are making from poor customeres like us.
