your art is everything i want to achieve with realism! i would love to see you make how to videos with proportions and how you start your process with drawings!
I always love the calming feel of your videos. 💖 I really loved these pastels as well! I think you're spot on about how well they layer, something about their formula really allows them to go down nicely without lifting the layers underneath. They also just had the perfect amount of creaminess and opacity for me. The colour selection is also soo good! Great for portraits and also some really beautiful greens and blues 😍 I love how your portrait turned out! This makes me want to get out my oil pastels again
First of all , I really enjoy your videos, they are so relaxing and your work is beautiful (no matter the medium you use ;-) I also wanted to say, that my Sennelier oil pastels also tend to be greasy like in your video.... Sennelier oil pastels are very buttery and soft, maybe the softest on the market. Cheers
🧡🧡Please answer regarding your beautiful Harry Potter sketchbook!!:::🧡🧡🧡1 Why did you decide to draw in a planner and not in a sketchbook? 2. Did you took the screenshots yourself to draw? Where did you took the references? 3.Did you really drew once a day or you went back snd filled the missed days?
So pretty! And the Emma 2020 movie is just so aesthetically pleasing, i completely understand why you like using photos from it :D How do you seal/store your oil pastel art? Do you have any tips on that?
Yes! I love Emma 🥺 About sealing, I used the kuelox fixative on this but I wasn't a fan of the finish. You can see towards the end of the video how it put a gloss over the colors and evened out the values
I like that you didn’t over blend. So many do and ruin the drawing nature of the medium. It turns out too photographic for me. Regarding the ‘ greasy’ aspect, this could be that cheaper brands’ use of their wax. Bees wax is preferable but might be a cost cutting feature. I read Google oil pastels are a combination of color, binder and bees wax. Just a thought. By the way, I liked your painting.
I bought these in the 48 colour set. They certainly have a nice feel and good colours but they are a bit chemically smelling, it's a really familiar smell so I think they've used paraffin oil in them. I will be sure to use gloves with them because I have no idea what that ingredient is. Oil pastels should be odourless.
😔 google traduction (my english is bad) : Hello and congratulations on your magnificent painting! I bought the same pastels recently and I love using them, but I have a question: how to properly store them? Indeed, it is sometimes 22 degrees in my apartment even this winter because it is facing south and some people are losing oil... And soon, I will probably return to the South of France where I am from . I don't know how I'm going to make sure they don't melt during transport or in the summer when it can easily be 42 degrees outside and very hot inside too (during heatwaves). I can't put on air conditioning because I will still be renting... Do you know of completely insulated boxes to make them resist the heat? Can we put them in the fridge? I don't want to lose this beautiful box of pastels...
Send them an email on their website! They reached out tome but they usually do that to artists for review so as long as you do it in exchange for a review i think they will send you a set
Great result! Just a question: I was wondering if there are any differences between Paul Rubens and Paul Rubens Haiya? I noticed there is a difference with the paper coating of the pastels
I'd never thought about using palette knifes with oil pastels! Lovely to watch her taking shape.
Thank you so much for watching!!
your art is everything i want to achieve with realism! i would love to see you make how to videos with proportions and how you start your process with drawings!
Thank youu!!! I have done a few videos on proportions but I'll include the start of the process on my fture videos!
As someone who loves working in pastels, I really adore watching your videos. I'm no where near your level, but your art is soo refreshing

I was waiting to get out of work to watch this video and it was so nice. And of course so is the drawing!
I would love to see a step-by-step tutorial on how you make oil pastel paintings!🥰🥰😍
What a beautiful painting. Thank you for sharing your process in your review

Hi! Looks sooooo good. Wow!!! The texture looks beautiful 😮😮💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
Absolutely beautiful and inspiring!

That greasiness is unique to Paul Rubens, I think. I have Mungyo, Jieso and Delgreen oil pastels, yet none of them has that greasiness.
Thank you for the info! That is extremely disappointing since this one is my favorite set yet. It's only a few colors though but still disappointing
this is stunning, i love seeing it all ❤❤❤
gorgeous work as always, love seeing your process!! thanks for sharing
Thank you for watching!!
This is masterpiece

I use them,they are wonderful😊
The greasiness could be when they add mineral oil and bees wax!
This art is amajing
Yes love your work and I'm just getting into oil pastels, there are not a lot of videos on how to for portraits, would love for you to make some.
