How do I fix sticky desert lizards lol? They are new and I used some losi o ring grease on the rings but I just kinda stuffed it in there without taking the spring clip off because I was afraid to lose it. I used silicone shock oil. The rings seem to have swelled so much it barely moves. I'll have to take them out use the spares and not use the losi on ring grease I guess.

How much oil are you putting in the body? The only time mine stick is if I have too much oil in them 🍻🍻

@@the-ab-outdoors I just opened them up and after the whole press 2-3 times and tighten step from the Yeah Racing video, they are about half full. I'm currently taking them apart to regrease and restart, hope it works lol. How much oil do you normally end up with?

@@keldonator half full is what I normally do too. otherwise they get "locked" and don't work well. How thick of oil are you using? 🍻🍻

@@the-ab-outdoors Well I think I know what my mistake was. When I first assembled them I used rubbing alcohol to clean all the residual oil off and I think that I used too much and it got into the o ring area and swelled them up. I rebuilt them yesterday with the spare o rings and left them oily when I was done. Today they are still working good. I am using both short and long soft springs, drooped, 4 hole disc and 15wt silicone oil with the losi o ring grease applied properly this time. That first little metal clip thing was such a pain in the A lol, second one went a little smoother. Only on the front of a VRD carbon currently, gonna see if it helps keep the front from unloading.
