Work on moving your feet you look like youll learn naturally from sparring but one thing people always overlook is being a stationary target your first defence is your feet. someone with fast gd feet will always be hard to beat
Improved alot since the last vid, my advice is, when your opponent gets close and walks you down, try go for uppercuts and also hooks to the body when they have high guard, can land a nice liver shot
