    I am all about the checking account bonuses and credit card points. I just earned a $200 bonus from the Citi card I opened based on your recommendation and I get 5% back on groceries! ❤❤❤

    Great video! I don’t have as many income streams as you but I have a couple. I like to buy stuff at yard sales then sell it on eBay. When people do yard sales they have stuff they really want to get rid of cheap and fast. For some reason people are willing to pay a lot for stuff on eBay. There is some knowledge and experience required - you have to know what items are likely to sell, and how much they’re likely to sell for. You also need to bargain with the yard sale sellers. I think it’s fun.

    i'd love to have more than one income stream but i've just not gotten started... where i live creditcard cashback, account bonuses, interest and such are so low you couldn't consider it income XD on the other hand my job is very secure and if i were to be let go the financial support system around being jobless is also very stable which is why i'm not really worried (and probably the reason i haven't started yet)

    Hello Leila, if you made a new account and close it when you get the account bonus. Can you still open a new account on that same bank once they offer another promotional account bonus?

    I just started vlogging and it's super fun but a TON of work. It takes me anywhere from 3 to 10 hours to edit a vlog. I know you need 1,000 subscribers to start making money from it, but I don't even have 100 yet. Would you ever create a video with more tips/advice or do you have any resources you'd recommend?

    SF consultant makes way over that easily. Something isn’t right. SEs with no experience make $85k out of college. I’m not talking about CA or NY either.

      I work at a "boutique" consulting firm (there's like 60 employees), but yes even still my pay is lower. The benefits/culture are really good though.
      I've tried to get other jobs but it's been a challenge

    Thank you for your transparency, especially on the numbers ! Not everyone does that (a shame imo, it's good to acknoledge your success and share numbers, it's also to make yourself grow and compare like at +1 / +2 years and see if the growth was good or not)
    Also a question, but if someday Finance videos on TH-cam don't work as good as they do now, what would you do?

    • @PersonalFinancewithLeila
      @PersonalFinancewithLeila  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Of course! I'll always be transparent with my numbers!
      And I think finance will be important for awhile, maybe forever lol. I have MANY ideas I would love to pursue outside of finance though if necessary. I also will continue to save/invest heavily while I can so I'm prepared if anything slows down. So for now I think I'm pretty set and I'll adjust if necessary!
