32x10 14 tire fits. ..I have the same tire carrier and have 32x10 14 mongrel on a 4/3 offset Raceline mamba rim as spare. Spare fits with 1/8" on one side and 1/4" on other side to roll bar. You can also reposition spare where roll bar will be between the tire edge lugs.
It would be really close. I have right at 1” gap on both sides of the tire. I think a 32” tire like my Mongrels that have a curved tread would fit but not a more flat tread like a street tire.

Mounting high like that offsets your center of gravity.
