@@Bashkir Lo so, me ne rendo perfettamente conto.

Nice is more complicated, as it is a coastal city, many Italians (especially an elite) implemented there over time. But even in 1860 the majority of the population wanted to join France and therefore felt French. Moreover, I don't see many Italian things in that city.
Corsica on the other side is clearly not French. The people there want to be independent or autonomous at least, but I agree with you on that one.

@@HYONAC la Corse a été indépendante? Quand?

The tune originally comes from the Soviet song "Белая Армия, Чëрный Барон" (White Army, Black Baron) and was composed by Samuel Pokrass in 1920. A lot of communist and socialist songwriters in other countries subsequently adopted the same tune, making it a common staple of socialist music across Europe. The most famous adaptation is probably "Die Arbeiter von Wien".

It's France in Italian land! In fact Corsican is just the Italian dialect that stayed even thou Corsica wad given to France...but now mainland France wants to "delete" this dialect because "it's too Italian"
      Or so I read...
But this is the true language of this country, it's not French nor Italian (anymore), but Corsican! And nobody should ever try to delete someone's origins, someone's traditions...

Corsicans would actually kill you if you tell them they are Italians. I know more than my fair share of corsicans and this is literally one of the worst things you can tell them, they would disagree with you if you tell them they are french, but they won't react as vehemently as they would do if you told them they are Italian. So little tip : don't do it in front of them

Perché non tornare all illuminismo corso? Identità nazionalista corsa unita ad istruzione italofona, come sempre volle PASQUALE PAOLI.
