Late Winter Fishing, Struggling for First Fish of the Year w/ the Nikko Winnow

The Nikko Winnow drew some curious fish out from under trees on this late winter fishing trip, but they weren't all that hungry. I paired the Eclipse color Winnow with a Strike King Bitsy Flippin Jig in camouflage color. I thought it might be too close a match to the color of the creek, but surprisingly it cut a pretty nice silhouette through the muddy waters.
