How to clean filter candle when it gets dirty after 1-2 weeks. What's the right way to clean filter candle?
Detach both the candles use a slight amout of any dish wash gel in small amout & mix it well with lukewarm water. Use that water and a scrubber or brush to gently clean it's surface. Do it for two times atleast for better results. Then after that, use normal tap water to clean it gently. Don't ever directly pour water inside the candle filters.
Then leave it open to dry up before installation. After installation fill up the filter as we do regularly and leave the water to pass out completely. Discharge the water out for the first time without consumption. From next time you can consume.

No, need to use it sir. It might be dangerous for your health, so precautions are needed. Foam mixed in water may be harmful. Try to keep the two candles submerged underwater for atleast 2 days before use, to get the best results.
After that fit the candles properly & add water to the upper bucket as we all know. Now let the distilled water to come down. Don't even use that water as well, clean your filter for the last time. Then again pour water in the filter & start using it.
If you kindly follow these institutions then it will be beneficial for you & your family's health.
It is advisable to change it. Your life is your first priority.

Bhai mera dono plastic jar are stuck together with the plastic wrapper in between.
Use hot water so that air can get in the gaps & push both of the buckets apart from each other. Try it & hope it will help 🙂.

No, not much. We have been using it as our secondary filter for more than a year now but yet haven't faced any major TDS changes of the filtered water. Safe for health. Thanks for asking your query here. I hope it helps you !!
Follow the below mentioned steps carefully to get it repaired:-
1. First empty the whole filter & detach the two parts of it i.e. the upper part & the bottom part too where, to which the tap is attached.
2. Now take the lower part of the filter & make it completely dry by wiping it with a cloth.
3. Slowly, remove the tap from the bucket & also wipe it with the same dry cloth.
4. Wait for at least (5 to 6 mins) so that both the bucket & the tap gets dry completely.
5. Now, again slowly fix the tap, but before making the final turn to fix it, do one thing.
6. Take a small amount of m-seal & put it in the gap & then finally tighten it completely.
7. Take some more amount of m-seal & put it on the surface of the filter to which the tap is attached on that portion.
8. Now, let it dry for 24hrs. Then after the m-seal got hard use a small brush & a small piece of sand paper to remove the excess amount from the surface.
9. This will stop the leakage.

No sir. It will not be available. But, you can try to search for it from any offline store if possible by telling them your requirements. If they have a spare one then you can use it, but without the middle lid you also cannot fix the filter candles too.

@soubhagyabehera7658 Sir, at the starting it will take longer than usual as the filters are brand new. With usage or with 3 to 4 filteration the filters will be good to go & gradually the water filteration speed will increase too as well. Don't worry! ☺️

Water wears off very slowly. Water takes a long time to filter. What to do in this case?
Clean those candles with brush and dip in boiling water
You can submerge the candles under water for 48 hours constantly without disturbing. Then fit them back before using as it will solve that problem you have been facing & also helps to remove the odour from the filtered water. Must follow these steps before hand as mentioned below!!
At first, submerge both the candles in water for at least 2 days. This is the main step which you must follow sir, before you use the filter's water for drinking for the first time.
Then, install the candles. Don't drink the water collected after first after the installation. Leave it & from next time you can. You will see that the smell has gone. Remember, that don't clean those candles ever with any kind of chemicals to remove the smell, as the smell goes away automatically, after you submerge those candles in water for at least 2 to 3 days before full & proper usage.

Should I boil the candle before installing 🙏
No need to boil the candles. Just you need to submerge it under a bucket of water for atleast 2 to 3 days before installing it in your filter. That is enough to get pure drinking water.

Welcome to my channel. I hope, you are enjoying the best of your health today!!
The main reason is that your chalk filter candles are new, & if you directly start using a pair of new candles with your filter without following the below mentioned steps, then the drinking water will smell like bleaching powder after filtration:-
Basically it happens, because you haven't submerged those two chalk candles in a bucket of (normal water), before using it in your MILTON water filter. Right process, is to keep those candles submerged under water overnight consecutively for two to three days completely without disturbing them in a separate bucket. After that, remove that dirty water from the bucket and pour fresh water in that bucket & leave it for that whole day as it was before.
Then after that, take those two candles & fit it in your filter as shown in the video, & pour water in the filter, allow the filter candles to filter out the whole water & then discharge that water without drinking, do this particular step for max. to max. two times. After, that you will see the smell is gone completely. This is how you should properly treat a pair of new chalk candles before use.
Follow, those steps mentioned above & revert me back once, your issue gets solved, ma'am, & also thanks for your patience. I hope, it helps you & do "SUBSCRIBE us" for more !!

Kya ye calcium ( chuna) ko prevent karta hai?
It is used to clear the dissolved impurities from water using those candles. Since, calcium is a dissolved homogeneous substance, it might not clear it as you are asking.

Sir, it costed me around approximately between Rs. 850/- to Rs. 900/-.
Actually, broadly speaking steel ones are generally better as it keeps your drinking water cool for a long period of time as compared to plastic ones basically.
But, maintenance is a little bit difficult for the steel ones as compared to the plastic ones. Sometimes iron particles in water reacts with the inner lining of the steel filter thus, creating a thin greenish layer, which is not good, hence maintenance is more in case of these particular steel filters. But, durability is definitely more.
But, plastic ones needs less maintenance. Hence, if you don't need cool drinking water everytime then you can surely go for the plastic one.
I recommend buying the plastic one as after one or two year you need to change it again no matter which filter of which material you are using. So, why waste more money for the steel ones.

Actually, it is a common problem for everyone sir not only yours. At first, the chalk candles remains dry and so it takes a lot of time. But, slowly after using it for more than one or two months, the problem resolves.
This is a common problem sir, it is not only that you are facing this issue.
This problem resolves slowly & one advice that I can provide you with is that take a bucket of water and submerge the chalk candles in it for 3 to 4 days continuously.
Then attach it to your filter and see you can feel the difference.

Bro mjhe ye filter use krte hue 8 months ho gye hain lekin ab problem ye ho ri hai k iske andar body per white white spots pd rahe hain..to isse pani peene me koi nuksan na ho
Sir, keeping your health condition as a first and foremost criteria, you must change this filter with a new one. As you told that 8 months is a long span of time and so I think you must replace it with a new one, but you can use the candles if you want.
I recommend you to replace it keeping in mind your and your family's good and healthy health condition.

You can get it from any normal plumping hardware shops that sell filters, aqua guards, R.O. purifiers. It would be better if you carry that upper half of that filter with you while purchasing the candles, so that you can check once how it actually fits properly or not before buying.

Bhai bahot dheere dheere paani filter ho raha hai
If your filter is a new one then submerge that new candles under water for almost 2 days, continuously. After that, you can use it. Initially, the filtration process is slow. Slowly, it increases with use as the candles become older. I hope it helps.

Taste is very bad
Sir, if your filter has a new pair of candles installed then make sure to submerge those under water for two to three whole days before installation. After that, let the first & second time water to filter out without drinking it. Then from the third filtration onwards you can consume the water & smell will be less too & will be gone to a major extend. Try it & let me know here!
