She approach each person, targeting theirs weakness(Ei's social akwardness, Gorou's simplicity, Itto's act-before-thinking, Sayu height-complex, etc.). When she doesn't find such a thing, she doesn't mess with them - like with Ayato. Actally according to Dainsleif she's one of them most learned in the land, which would actually make her and Tighnari hit it off.
It's always a wholesome experience when other characters get to visit other nations. I really hope some of them get to attend this year's Lantern Rite. Come to think of it, we've yet to encounter locals from Natlan (we've already seen locals from Fontaine and Snezhnaya).

Ei gave up all responsibility of Scaramouche when she left him in that domain. She herself says she has no wish to control him as she already made and abandoned him. She recognizes that she gave up any right to control him, let alone be in his life, when she abandoned him. To her, he's free to make his own decisions and live his own life and she approves of it. Miko has followed Ei's orders regarding Scaramouche so far. I'd like to think she'd continue as such. The only person who probably is looking for him is Childe, if he didn't already get the memo that Scaramouche has already been found and that he's been a test subject of the Doctor. The way the Doctor left him, I don't even think the Fatui want him anymore. Knowing Childe though, he can't resist a good fight and that's why he'll show up. With the rules though, I can imagine Childe being so disappointed showing up and realizing he can't fight his opponents or the fungi he catches.
