Hi Miss Peta- thanks. Just turned 60, people think I'm in my 40's. Five years ago when I was 55 people thought I was 60.... I have one area I'm not sure if I can find an exercise for- where my eyebrow peaks- just past the edge of that big forehead muscle- I need to grow that. Have worked temples- it's the little bit in between- it's a bit depressed, would love to grow it, any ideas?
Hi Peta. In the previous update of this exercise you said that we were not supposed to frown in this exercise, just to lift the eyebrows. Now you say just the opposite. Please clarify.
That's because it's a different series, she does state that she's mixing up the exercises for example series 6 is going down whereas in another series the exercise will be going up, this is to help with muscle memory of the forehead. Hopefully I've explained it ok as I'm not the professional.

It's amazing how good looking you are Peta! Your face is beautifully lifted, the cheeks are so defined. ❤ This video reminded me again to start with the series at my 33 years. I did your exercices for half of year, I think, then I stopped a little. I really miss them 😊
Hi Peta, Thank you so much for your program, I have been doing it for several years now, and get great results. This series 6 is my favorite because in all the other series, the face muscles are moving outward and this is the only serie that the muscles are moving inward, I found this is very effective on my face, so Can I do more of serie 6, like 50 for 3 weeks, 100 for 3 weeks and 150 for 3 weeks?

This is a big problem for me, i did have botox i just raised my eyebrows instead when that muscle was paralysed, so botox causes more lines, i really get that we hold a lot of emotion here and i can't wait for your future video talking about this. Ps you make me laugh when you talk to Dorean 😅hope I've spelt his name right 😂 love from the UK 🇬🇧 ❤

Can i do botox for the area 111 between eyes , and in the same time do excersises of yoga face???
