I always wondered if it was a legit strategy to lag out the opponent. Just make a massive unit spam that his PC cannot handle and win by him failing to command his army at 1fps. Well, seems like it is very situational and generally not a good idea.
Well i guess the only way it can work is if the other player is a friend or you know he has a worse pc if he has a better pc you can hit yourself in the knee

Okay guys, I did the math! The chariots got their first kills when the timer was at 11:08 (game time, not video) and reached 4000 at 8:48. That gives them 4000 kills in 2 min and 20 sec. There are 12 chariots, which gives them 333,3 kills each. Divided on 140 sec (2 min and 20 sec) you get 2,4. 2,4 kills per SECOND! That's crazy! And at that point they hadn't lost a single Chariot. I clicked this video zoomed right to the end and was like... "Chariots. Rome 2. Should have seen this coming." The most broken, rage inducing unit used against one of the most idiotic siege attacker armies in the most ridiculous 'formation' I've ever seen in gameplay. Being able to mvoe order chariots through an enemy army is the most broken thing in a total war game I've seen because chariots just seem to utterly ignore enemy mass and slay everything on contact like they're surrounded by force fields.
Agreed. Chariots are incredibly stupid in Rome 2. There's a reason why they had basically disappeared from armies around the world well before Rome even became a great power.

At first, I assumed it was staged because it was just too convenient for the attackers. All of their units bunched up, with chariots and cav seconds away.. Then I realized the attackers were Total Winners and now I'm 100% sure this was completely staged.

If this wasn't an intentional setup, perhaps one explanation is that the Suebi players did not realize during army selection that they were attacking. They had the same upgraded club levy spam that PA showed off on the defense before - clearly they knew what they were picking. It would also explain why they didn't bring any siege engines. If they were really clueless noobs (and how many clueless noobs are in a clan?) I figure they would have spammed a fancier unit and brought a catapult. Once the battle started and they were outside the walls, not much they can do besides have a laugh about it.
I've been a long time fan coming in with your reforged videos but lately, i haven't had the time to watch really long videos. This one was short, funny and overall enjoyable, and I think it would be great to see some more.
