गुड़ वाली आम की चटनी Sweet mango Pickle या आम की खट्टी मीठी लौंजी Aam ki lounji , जिसे खा कर बचपन की यादें ताज़ा हो जाती है :)

Preparation time - 45 minutes
Ingredients:
Raw mango - 700 gm
Jaggery/sugar - 700 gm
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Nigella seeds - 1 tsp
Dry red chilies -4
Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Salt -1/2 tsp
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
