You have use the middle Type C to Type C connection in the middle of the backplate to enable touchscreen and it does work. Also, Aida64 has been around for ages if you want to monitor your computer, its made specifically for what this screen is for. If anything, the hyte software is a gimped version of it and will be limited in what kind of screens you can have. If you get anything out of value it would be that the Hyte version comes in white and this does not.
I picked it up as a place holder till next year when I can get the actual screen shipping from the official website to Germany bumped the price buy 200 for shipping and it was almost 500 and there are no German stores that have the screen (it’s fine I love back to the us 2026) so just gotta wait and I don’t mind I’m already planning to build a mini mount so I can actually use the touch screen in I get tempted (pro of having a 3d printer at work)
@@archetype_originsafter going through it agin, the wisecoco is larger. It just sucks that that it’s behind a glass screen and it defeats the purpose of the touchscreen.

What was that program you use to make desktop gadgets like clocks and such? Use that with some mellow wallpaper engine wallpaper and you're golden
Between the non-touch and not being compatible, idk if its worth the $50 long term if touch is something you would use daily
Oh, yeah, yeah
Thumbs up for review though I would want touch.

For the sake of the difference which isn't much... why? - just why - it doesn't deliver near the features of the original 😮
This touchscreen is only 720p the official screen is 1440p
Wisecoco is 2560 x 720p
HYTE is 2560 x 688p
You let me know which one is higher
