yes, of course ! hm a realistic progression you could see visually is on a personal instagram called: _chrisfitns i come from a very high metabolism being really skinny growing up and had to work pretty hard to gain any mass. i started working out in the gym around 7th grade~ at 6am in the morning haha. i kept up that routine all throughout high school doing push/pull/legs and my junior year i got into climbing. i kinda attained the body shape i was looking for through the gym and transitioned to climbing/calisthenics. this past year i had dislocated my elbow and tore my meniscus through climbing lol, but i've recovered for the most part and look the best i have currently.
my metabolism has certainly slowed down since then and i think realistically getting into shape most of it is dieting or eating clean. i think i'm lucky in the fact that i don't find much enjoyment in sweets, carbonated drinks, or much snacking. drink lots of water, sleep well at night, and progress slowly so it's sustainable. once you get a workout routine down that works for you the rest of it is just a healthy lifestyle and consistency in all aspects. of course don't limit yourself to not eating or anything just find better alternatives and solutions cause they're out there. you got this :)
i'm getting peer pressured to switch it back to a hoop.. my friend said it reminded her of covid era eboy idk what that even means :0 ofc, a lifelong passion project :) thanks for being there for a while now
