- After feeding stray cats in the heavy rain, I wanted to drink something hot in a restaurant and warm up, but there was something I forgot; when the winter cold comes, the outdoor areas of restaurants in Istanbul automatically turn into cat houses. I am impressed with Turkey's advanced animal set ups, especially. When the dumpers of animals are cruel, they are just as awful as the worst anywhere; but when they are hospitable they are the world's best. And when they are devoted, like Mr Onur, Sevapeti, and Mr Kerim, well they are saints.😊❤

@@cantonhagAs much as they have a municipal that deals with the strays in certain areas, some of the municipal too dump stray dogs in the woods. Pls also check out @sevpati who also help to establish kennels for the stray dogs and the dark truth behind feeding them.
