[Sub]Chocolate Mocha Coffee Cream Cake：Cafe Mocha Shortcake

We baked a coffee-flavored sponge cake and made a café mocha cake with chocolate cream in between.
The cake is finished with shaved chocolate to accentuate the texture.
Slicing the sponge cake thickly as the base will make it more stable after the cake is cut.

■Coffee sponge cake
2 whole eggs
60 g sugar
60 g flour
10 g hot water
4g instant coffee
15g vegetable oil
■Coffee Syrup
50g hot water
25g sugar
2g instant coffee
■Chocolate whip cream
70 g sweet chocolate
320 ml heavy cream
20 g sugar
10g cocoa powder
80ml heavy cream
