no one way. different points for different situations. on this run i did have max perfect pitch, revolution song, and SYOP, but I mix it up depending what's going on.
What outfit are you wearing? And armor.
Kill speed is superior for sure 30k in 12 minutes! Can you drop your template and aspects ?

How are you able to hold so much gold?! I am new to Outlands, and I can only manage to carry 12k~ with 100 STR.
strongbox customizations. They cost a pretty penny, but if you get both then you can double your gold carry.
