Thank you Yinka for another insightful video. This is a higher level to facilitating a daily scrum from. So intellectually put together. Just wanted to br clear on the fact that we need to have a sprint backlog transparent on the screen for transarency for everyone to see? Also could you please make a video on how a Scrum Master works with the burn down chart? I would love to hear you talk about this. Thank you.

What if a team member doesn’t wanna listen to you at all . Not giving inputs in any event and when given the guidance she starts yawning n kind of ignores what you are saying. Has lots of excuses. How to deal with such situations.

Hi Coach, Just came across your video and its quite interesting. Does a scrum master need to be in the daily scrum?
Hi, the response is YES, Scrum master need to undesrtand how the task and activities are moving, if the team have impediments or blocks, Only the Product owner may be absent.

Is it the responsibility of the scrum master to populate the board
Hey.. what if the team is new and sprint one just got over, lot of things are changed during sprint one which caused scope creep. But even after the sprint one is over, I can still see a sprint 1 story in active status in the backlog . Team member who was working it has been just saying daily I will close it today but not closing even after three days passed sprint 2. How should a scrum master deal with this situation.
