The sugar inside my ondeh ondeh melted and then disappeared into the dough, so I didn't have a liquid sugar center! Just a sweet ball of cooked dough. What did I do wrong?
That's is OK, especially using less crushed peanuts or filling without solid (red beans or lotus paste). I noticed some store-bought one looks like yours too.
