You are gorgeous! I really love that you show affordable options. I noticed that when you applied moisturizer and sunscreen you forgot to do the area above your lips both times. As an older woman, I can tell you there’s a whole lot of aging goes on there. And it certainly doesn’t hurt to apply both those products to the backs of your hands and your chest while you’re at it. Those are forgotten areas that can really age badly.

A recommendation for anyone looking for a cool toned eyeshadow to use as a crease color-Maybelline single eyeshadow in the shade Cool Cocoa. I pair this shadow with lots of others and it always works perfectly.

The look is lovely on you. I would like a tutorial video “Skull Contouring” using various products for pale/fair skin. I have such a hard time creating the right look and shading with my fair skin, strawberry hair, and blue eyes. It seems most is the pallets are not geared for pale skin.

I have a suggestion to you: "Labello Caring Lip Scrub" ..it looks exactly like a lip balm/lipstick "bullet" but inside it has this pretty, pink lip scrub. I've used mine forever, and still have over half of it left! The best part is that it costs $2.40!
I really appreciate that you consider those of us that want to look nice on a small/fixed income. So many use and recommend products that cost more than my entire product line. Thank you!

Would love to see a video of eye looks using the elf palettes. I love that you use a shadow down to the pan and keep on using it. It’s not all about buying the newest palette. Use what you have first. I did buy the alter ego palette harmony based on your recommendation. Those eye looks were gorgeous. Haven’t tried it yet. I’m seriously thinking of just keeping my drugstore favorites. I’ve been collecting high end eyeshadow palettes and thinking I may be done with that. There are so many great alternatives out there now! Truly I only have these expensive palettes for the packaging and the whole luxury “experience”. No one knows what the label says on your makeup! it’s not like we put the brand name on our face! 😂 Similar is good enough for me! Lol. No one will know how much I spent on my makeup with how high quality a lot of these drug store brands have been lately. I just wish I hadn’t bought and tried so many duds to find good products. Zabrena is great at helping me sort out what’s what though. Luckily we have similar coloring which helps me. Thank you, Zabrena! 😊
A lot of these I never tried , with the exception of the Wet n Wild Translucent powder . It’s really good. Someone gave me a huge makeup haul and I caught on to the Coty AirSpun … their translucent is amazing . I still stick to the cheaper end stuff or stuff I know I can afford. My daughter gave me a L’ORÉAL Lash Paradise mascara and omg , I actually look like I have lashes . Takes some time to get off , I use a little baby oil in the shower just to get it off ! But it’s been a good makeup year for me . I’m so glad that you do these , it’s entertaining and informative. Thank you Z , God Bless and have a Merry Christmas !

I LOVE Drugstore December b/c we get to see more Zabrena!!! For your lashes, you should try the Milani Anti-Gravity mascara. Another YTuber uses that and I've been completely converted - it's all I use. In fact, it was the only mascara I took with me on my vacation! I have not picked up either of those WnW eye shadow palettes, they just looked so boring! I'm going to have to, though. Your eyes always look so beautiful when you use them! I agree with you on the "cool toned" browns. I have a couple colors that I've been eeking out for years, because they're so flattering but can no longer be found! However, I CANNOT get the hang of doing those brow pens/pencils. I've tried and tried and tried. I overplucked in high school, and now that I'm older, ugh! They're super thin and fading. So I HAVE to use a more um..."beefy" type of brow color, like Wonderbrow, in order to look like I have any at all.
