    Damn the Intro alone made the hair on my neck stand up. Anpther great crafted set and another killer artist 🤘🏻. You can hear Chris passion for the project. I especially love the low gain sounds 😁

    Chris Robertson awesome singer and guitarist love BSC. Kind of freaked out seeing him playing in what looks like any one of our bedrooms/music rooms in our houses, come on the guys a superstar after all!
    Got Boot Camp pickups in all 3 of my Telecasters (a set of each Old Guard, True Grit & Brute Force) I F**k**g love them. Peacemaker sounds pretty damn good high and lower gain, I need me one......

      Chris is a super nice and humble guy, who lets his music do the talking! No need for a flashy set

    Can’t wait to hear the 4 conductor set of these. I’ve just ordered a Valiant Jupiter guitar and these are going to sound killer in it 🎉

      Chris recorded some split coil examples, which are live on the Peacemaker page on our website!

    I’ve had experiences with plenty of the PAF BKP such as the mules, riff raffs, Abraxas, and the Stormy Mondays. I can say, hands down, this is THE set for me. I slapped these bad boys in a core McCarty SC 594. Gave it exactly what I wanted. The clarity is there (like the 58/15 LT) but the oomph factor is way up and a nice bite that keep it in the PAF range. Takes dirt and crunch so well. And they split beautifully. Kudos to BKP.

    I just threw a set of these in my Les Paul, replacing a set of PG Blues. They're God Like! I haven't made guitar face in a long time, but I was doing it all night long at my first band rehearsal with these.

    I have been wanting to put bare knuckle into some of my builds, looks like this is a contender! 👊

    3:11 sounds like the perfect pickup to play some Mastodon. Might put the bridge in my Nik Huber Krautster II to replace my Rebel Yell which has a tad bit too much power.

    These sound phenomenal! Question for y'all at BKP, I'm looking to get one of Chris's PRS SE's from a few years back but those have the HB and P90 setup. Would a Peacemaker in the bridge and a Mississippi Queen P90 in the neck go well together, or should these be purchased as a set?

    • @BKPickups
      @BKPickups  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi, Thank you for your kind words. The Peacemaker humbucker bridge and Mississippi Queen P90 neck would balance well in the middle position. There is certainly no reason why you couldn't mix them.

    How about these in a 355 style?

    Would these be good to replace dark and muddy Slash APH-2s? Wanting vintage vibe with clarity and a modern punch.

    • @BKPickups

      Absolutely perfect for that kind of application!

    So I want to use these in a tele with a flat 50 in the bridge. I want a good split coil tone. I’m considering using the bridge in the neck (but keeping the pole pieces the same orientation so they would be towards the bridge)
    Would that be a good combo?

    • @BKPickups
      @BKPickups  ปีที่แล้ว

      You certainly CAN do that, but a bridge pickup in the neck would be pretty thick sounding in full series mode. Did you give a listen to the soundclips on our website? There are some examples of the neck pickup split over there which you should definitely check out

    Does the guitar in this demo have an additional treble bleed circuit installed or is this just default pickup wiring? Thanks.

    • @BKPickups
      @BKPickups  ปีที่แล้ว

      as far as we know it's completely standard

    These sound great! The specs look like fatter/less modern-voiced Black Dogs but the isotropic A5 probably throws that comparison. Curious to try these at some point.

    • @BKPickups
      @BKPickups  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Yes, that's a good comparison, the iso alnico V takes a little edge off of the attack and really brings out the harmonic complexity. A real "sweet spot" humbucker set for sure!

    Amazing maybe a good in the superstrat guitar ?

    • @BKPickups
      @BKPickups  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Definitely! They have a little more body than a vintage P.A.F set, which pairs up very well with a Strat / superstar style guitar

    Is it me or these pickups have a Gibson SG kind of vibe.

    • @BKPickups
      @BKPickups  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They certainly have a great cut and chime!

    • @latinrockfusionfreak
      @latinrockfusionfreak ปีที่แล้ว

      @@BKPickups I like the sound of that. SGs are iconic instruments but yet nobody nails the true tone an SG should have. Tony Iommi has certain tone, Angus has another. After going into other instruments, I noticed SGs are all about mids, cut, clarity and as you mentioned "chime". They do need that clarity and need pickups that can either get warm or cut with clarity.
