1.5 cups besan in a bowl
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp haldi powder
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp dhaniya powder
Little Ajwain
1-2 pieces of ginger
5-6 pieces of garlic
2-3 green chillies
2 tsp dhaniya seeds
2 tsp jeera
1 tsp saunf
3 tbsp curds
2 tsp oil
Fresh coriander
2 tsp oil in a pan
For gravy, 1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp ground masala
1 finely chopped onion
Little haldi powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp dhaniya powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
2-3 tomatoes
2-3 dried red chillies
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp curds
Some garam masala
Oil in a pan
Add some fresh coriander
