You largely feature shops that only have takeaways. Unlike the Thais, who openly eat on the streets (and I love chomping on the streets of Bangkok!!!), the Chinese rarely eat on the streets, unless there is a Singapore-styled food court or a Malaysian-styled coffee shop.
Your recommendations are tough for a tourist, as I would have to look for an open park or area nearby to try out the food before it goes cold. That said, I have sworn to check out many of your shops the next time I visit HK.
This video is unusual, because you have featured a street food joint in a food court with a dine-in facility. That's awesome!!! I hope you will do more of these.

@@asiaplay2019 And I will call you for a THANK YOU treat from my side!!! My previous two trips to HK were largely focused on two dishes: Congee and Wonton Mee. I've been to most of the small hole-in-the-wall ol' timer Congee shops in HK, and loved every moment of it!!!
This time around, I will focus on Roasted Meats, although I have had these dishes from famous shops in Bangkok and Macau. Chinese food in Singapore and Malaysia are different, and Penang remains my all-time favourite street food capital!!! Cheerio!!!

This shop kitchen is very clean., and the cook wear gloves. Not too many noodle place are that clean in hong kong. this shop is a must try.
