Worked in a coffee shop in barcelona around 2008. We had two M3 superbar 2 machines. Remember how fantastic the machines were. Pushing out 8 espressos at a time, and a fantastic machine for doing perfect milk for both capuccinos, cafè amb llet (coffee with milk) and tallats/cortados. At 25000 usd a piece thou, they were nothing one could afford to buy for home 😣 Maybe the 3k usd junior casa is similar performance wise, and abit more realistic for a home.
My local cafe has has this machine since 2005. They always serve me fantastic espresso! I remember one time where they needed to have the machine repaired, but this thing is built for commercial use.

My coffee machine CIMBALIJUNIOR needed a service(just scale).It comes an authorized dealer, takes the machinery and 2 filter holders away.2 weeks later he comes back with a quote of 450 EURO+21%VAT.I decide not to fix it.He brings it back with all the electric wires disconnected and some were cut off and with NO filter holders.After i call them and send various emails to the After Sales Department i receive 2 extremely warn out filter holders.As today the machinery still has no electric power.
It is a heat exchanger. Requires a good amount of flushing since this is a commercial machine designed for continuous use. I would love to sell my Cimbali for a double boiler.

How does the La Cimbali compare to other high end machines like La Marzocco LM ?
Obviously u dont know what real coffee is. 21 second,7 oz coffee granules with 1.8 bar pressure extraction ( steem controled machine like la cimbali).

The DT has only one boiler. It does not have flow control

Doesn't this machine need some flushing before extraction? I would thought so because it's possibly an HX. Correct?
