  • Hi guys. Today, I'm going to show you how to make Egg Fried Rice [중식 볶음밥 : jungsik bokkeumbap]
    *Cooking tip of making this side dish:
    1. it is better to use cool rice than warm rice.
    2. fry rice and egg first in order to make rice not soggy
    3. cook leg ham and shallot first in order to make rice not soggy
    4. pouring 3 tbsp water on pan during cooking will make the inside rice soft and the outside is not soggy.

    Below are the Ingredients I used in this video:
    Egg Fried Rice Ingredients:
    3 Salted Beaten Eggs
    1 Bowl of Cooked Rice
    Stir Fried [130g] Leg Ham & [10g] Shallot
    30g Finely Chopped Carrot
    80g Finely Chopped Onion
    1/4 Tsp Salt
    1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
    Pinch of Black Pepper
    300g Raw Peeled Prawn
    3 Tbsp Water
    Vegetable Oil
