Never miss your vids mate. Would love it if you did one about how all this started for you, if it was because you fell on hard times, and how you turned it all around? I think us subscribers would love to get to know you better. We're already inspired.
Just found your channel. Really enjoy watching im from Thurrock an always thought about dumpster diving at lakeside! Did the xbox controlers have the motherboard inside them? Because sometimes the display ones get binned when new colours come out!
That Bubsy 2 game is listed by CEX as selling for £20 with no stock 😂 either someone messed up accepting that in when broken or someone’s messed up throwing that away Mario & Bomberman 64 are £22 I’m thinking maybe it was someone who was leaving & didn’t care
why do they destroy the product. seems to me the more we can keep the waste piles smaller is win for everyone. are they concerned you won’t buy a new one? really don’t understand them
@@Hansford232 Because corporations are run by evil beings. They’ve enslaved us, lied to us about everything, their mission is to corrupt and destroy everything good in the world. They destroy products to prevent the public & employees from monetising. If you don’t understand them, ignorance is bliss. Because the realizatdion and affirmation of the crimes against humanity is overwhelmingly challenging for your mental health. Imagine everyone experiencing the truth at the time. It really upsets me that these companies destroy all of these things. Don’t they write them off as a loss for the company? Don’t they get credit for giving to charities? I can see a child with nothing getting one of those game consoles for Christmas and how excited they would be to get them. I mean it breaks my heart as a single mom who at one time had four children at home, if it weren’t for my mom and the church at times, my children wouldn’t have had anything. It’s so sad this waste!
Traders use sold prices as a guide for how much they are willing to pay and make profit so they dont lose money. I am not a buyer and seller so it makes no odds to me. if there is only one listing then they can dictate the price they want. If there are loads of the same item then generally, the lowest price sells first.
Just a heads up bubsy 2 on the gameboy only sells for around £20 not £100+ I own a retro games shop in Wiltshire and we have had it in a few times this year.
You've just popped up on my screen, wish you'd been recommended before as this is right up my street! I'm a diver from the UK too, look forward to seeing this when it airs, saw your Smiths video, have subscribed🙂👍
you left the bear pump drip tray ,an the xbox controlers were worth more in there boxes ,i make mistakes with different things but always learning nice finds an goodluck
id've liked the broken controllers and the damaged cartridges...carts i'd send to John Riggs in America...he repairs them constantly...controllers i repair or use the membranes and flexi PCB's in other controllers...if only i could drive a car or van...this is my kind of recycling...
Not been watching your channel for long I love the dive videos and enjoy what you do your a down to earth guy cant wait to see what cex messed up and one time I even saw them through away a playstation 2 box and all the slips from movies they bin are collectable aswell it mad
Would love to know how much of the stuff you find works. All great funding 20 xbox controllers but if they don't work what's the point apart from spares.
@UK DUMPSTER KINGS there is a UK guy called The Cod3r and a US guy Tronicsfix that fix broken and water damaged electronics so you can fix instead or buying new so even broken stuff is valuable.
Hi mate quick tip, 99% isopropyl alcohol removes spray paint from plastic and such!

You’ve fallen into the trap of checking eBay asking prices instead of sold prices

Great score
You should grab the boards for the vintage games the chips are good cash to refurb you tubers.
good idea will do that from now on

Yes the cod3r watches the channel he a great guy I watch his stuff all the time.
CEX always bragging about recycling and then they do crap like this
All of them controllers definitely broken
and yet i sold them for £200 even though they were broken. just because an item does not work does not mean it isnt worth money.
This is so wrong. It should be criminal to destroy fully functional games !
You do a great job mate if i wasn't 69 an knackered I would be doing it to keep up the good work
Thanks 👍
