Seriously adrian couldnt sing live. all he had was good lows which dont get used in an acoustic song like this. Get over it Marcus is objectively better
I love Marcus but this was too hard for him or maybe his voice that day wasn't at the right point.
Hitting high notes is both mental and physical. Could be partly due to not warming up or feeling off. Also he's out of his element. Belting out high notes is hard when you don't have a super loud band playing along with you

No, Adrian was shit.
Killed it on the albums but most of his live videos sound like shit.
He has a great voice, no doubt about that but I can't hear him and I don't like his colour and the way he sings. Adrian was great and so much better for this band. The cleans,growls and screams. Everything was better. And their music was more deeper and powerfull while he was in the band. I just don't like the way Marcus sings. Doesn't work for me. Doesn't get through me like Adrian did. He just gets on my nerves.
I’m not going to say anything about you not liking this beautiful example of a man but you should listen to Adrian’s live performances. They are 90% trash. Considering that small/medium size bands these days barely make any money from online channels and releases (most money comes from mercy and tickets, especially from small venue performances) it makes sense to choose someone who can perform both on stage and during recording.

sucks seeing Marcus butcher Adrians song
I agree that this wasn't Marcus' best performance but he didn't butcher it lmao. Adrian would never be able to sing this.
Marcus is a superior vocalist in just about every way. Sure his screams aren't as "brutal" as what Adrian's were. But the biggest difference between the two is technique. Marcus can switch from harsh vocals to cleans on a whim. He can make it through a 60 minute set and not have to get the crowd to do his job. Adrian was am incredible lyricist. His words spoke to me in a way that not many metals have before them. But Marcus as a beyond human ability with is vocals. Absolutely incredible vocalist. I don't think anyone can take that away from him.
If you don't like the Marcus albums, discoveries and singularity aren't going anywhere 😊
This was actually really bad. I don't see where marcus is a good singer except for range. Fans here overhype Marcus so hard when in reality he's not very good at all. People want to cling to the old northlane and therefore they suck marcus dick to lie to themselves that northlane still is what it once was.
Mathias Gabrielsson watched Adrian’s live vocals and having done a bunch of live shows myself with my band Adrian isn’t even close to Marcus’s live ranges ..
