That looks like "snow" much fun! Keep it between the dishes! 😊
Enjoyed the video and liked seeing the honda get a work out, good job. Cheers
Love riding right on the edge of too slippery and too fun! LOL Awesome rip! Cheers from Alaska!
It's always so fun driving in snow
It’s only cold enough for snow on the ground no need to let that bike warm up before you start ripping! 😂🤣🤣 I swear
Don't worry, Its a Honda lol... but in all seriousness I had already had been on it for a couple hours about an hour before I filmed this and I did give it time to warm up that time so it was still warm from that trip
I’m a big Honda fan. Ain’t nothing fast paced about them lol
😂😂
Fast enough for me
@@Mjr1348Thanks for letting us know.
Thanks for the helpful info
Thank you for the info. I’ve got a Polaris 570 that I’m trading in for a 24 Honda Rubi Deluxe with EPS , IRS and DCT. I’m a lone rider 99% of the time and need better reliability. I know it will be slower but I’m older and really don’t care. Great vid and thanks for sharing.
Happy to help! I’m at just under 7000kms (4500 miles) since I got it new in October of 2021 and the bike has been great so far, haven’t had any breakdowns on the trail and even with the stock tires only gotten stuck if I was purposefully trying to get stuck, something that you will notice with the tires though (at least on the non deluxe models) is that the factory tires while they have good bite in the dirt they will wear out rather quickly, by the time I was at 2000kms (1200 miles). The fronts had literally worn smooth and the backs weren’t too far behind them. I’d recommend if you can afford it put on a set of maxxis big horn tires as I have a buddy that has nearly 10 000 kms (6300 miles) on his set of those and they still have about half tread another tire I’d recommend that’s more budget friendly for a good long lasting tire is any of the tires from Kenda’s bear claw line of tires, I’m using Kenda bear claw evo tires on my rubicon right now and am at 2000km (1200miles) with practically no wear on them, at my place of work there we have an ‘04 Honda 350 fourtrax that has who knows how many kilometres on it and has had the same set of the original Kenda bear claw on it for 15 years and it still has 1/4 of the tread left on them. But other then the factory tires being rather quick to wear out and making sure I keep up on the regular service intervals I have had no major issues with my rubicon and I’d say that is a pretty good upgrade from a Polaris 570 even if your loosing some of the top end speed
I just got the 2024 Rubicon DCT…did your shifting in auto smooth out over time?
yes it did, by my first real service (1000 km) it was quite smooth, however when the bike is cold it still shifts rough until the engine warms up and then its not really noticeable when it shifts. Personally I prefer the manual mode just based on my riding style though as I like to ride quite aggressively as you can see in the video.
@@viper_offroad 10-4. Thanks…I am taking it easy until the 20 Hour service then I’ll ride her a little harder to hopefully get it broke in. This transmission is nothing like the 2004 Rancher I grew up riding. That thing is butter smooth and you never feel it shift while in auto.
Are you using the stock rims? With the Kenda 27’s
Yeah I’m using the stock 12” rims, tire size I’m using is 27x9-12 on the front and 27x11-12 on the rear, tire I’m using is the Kenda Bear Claw EVO
@@viper_offroad awesome. Thank you. I’m between this same unit and the new can am 700 xmr
What bike is that ?
2022 Honda Rubicon DCT IRS EPS that I have sitting on 27” kenda bear claw evo tires (stock tires are 25”)
