Hello from Canada. That is a ridiculous amount snow! I very much enjoyed your video with no music and just the hum of the engine. I find watching videos like this very soothing especially plowing when it's dark. I hope you didn't have too many more snowfalls like this. That long, very narrow road with such high snow banks, and using such a small plow blade would be overwhelming because there is nowhere to put the snow. The road already narrow road would just keep getting more narrow. Good job, and thanks for a video that really challenges the capabilities of a small ATV with a small plow. 👍
That’s awesome! I have a 2024 sportsman 1000 hunt edition.. incredible power.. I’m in Pennsylvania so yes, it snows here. What kind of plow is that?.. subscribed! ❤😊
@@JoelDunn167 I'm fairly certain feathering the throttle is actually worse on the belt than just laying on the throttle. Every time you throttle / off you're slipping the belt slightly causing excessive wear.
@@guywithsometoolsandagarage57 On the engine is what I meant. And the belt shouldn't slip with a new quad like that, if its an old Quad then It definently would.
Good video👍 just wondering if you plowed with the atv the whole winter, how did it manage later on when the "sides" were a lot higher, did you have to use like a wheel loader or a tractor or did the atv do just fine?
Great video. The plow does a great job and I have read the comments and one of them ask why not buy a blower? Here is my 2 cents. I have a blower and its heavy and very difficult to maneuver with an atv not to mention the cost of 5k to 6k. Because of the weight I put the blower on my utv which can handle it better.
Now why wouldn’t you reach over for that other branch and do it right away! Now you had to stop on the way back when you were right next to it the first time!!!😂😁
I have the same plow. For the first season or two, I didn't realize there is an adjustment (stop nut) on back end of that locking rod (at the opposite end from the handle/lever). It's near the yoke where the apparatus rotates the dual hook ends of the locking mechanism. It really, _really_ helps to make sure that this stop nut is adjusted properly, to ensure the "teeth" that lock into the sockets are fully engaged and not just partly, and that when they're engaged, there is minimal-to-no wiggle room. Otherwise, even a little upward pressure from snow pushing upward from beneath the locking lever can cause enough movement that the two locking teeth can disengage from their respective sockets in the ATV's underside. Next thing you know, the plow frame is dropping off of your machine! Luckily, it stays attached MUCH better once properly adjusted. It's worth a look to make sure you're dialed in just right. Happy plowin', y'all!
I have a 2019 900 EPS Trail 50 that averages 12.5 mpg... all different road surfaces; sand and water; hills and two tracks. 570 should average above that.😊 Depends if I'm in LOW or HIGH gear.. 12.5 mpg is high gear... I assume low gear would be 7-8 mpg

I usually drive down the center of the road with the blade straight. Return trip angle the blade 1/2 way. Last trip fully angled towards the ditch...
i cant get over how much snow that 570 will push. nice video
That Hydraulic Plow seems cool
That looks like a great spot to be overlooking the lake
You guys got some snow there also, like your hydraulic plow.

Why the on/off on the throttle all the time??
Right what the hell is that? Painful to watch.
It helps with pushing it, better on the machine, it will last longer that way. Don't want to wear it out to quick, that Quad wasn't cheap!

@@JoelDunn167 why would even RPMs be bad for the engine? That makes no sense at all.
Yoy really should invest in a Rammy PRO snow blower, with so much road to clear and heavy snow falls. :)
Good video👍 just wondering if you plowed with the atv the whole winter, how did it manage later on when the "sides" were a lot higher, did you have to use like a wheel loader or a tractor or did the atv do just fine?
I only plowed like 3-4 days total. It was never a problem as long as it is cold outside :)

Nice to have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After you reattached the plow I did not see you engage the lock by pushing the red lever down and locked????
Didn't even think about it. Thanks for the heads up! I'll check it out when I get back to the cabin

Why dont you buy a snowblower to the ATV? Sooo much easier then. :)
Are their polar bears?
How many hours of driving does a fuel tank last?

får kolla på det!
Støtter den, har kant på venstre å gummiflapp selv. Men har 168cm skjær på 570 😂
Awesome man thinking about getting a new 570 with a snow plow soon looks like it did good pushing that heavy snow
yeah man. I got positively suprised by the amount it could push
That a lot to do I’m good
What type of tires do you use for winter driving? ✌🏻 Greetings from broder Norge 👏
I use summer tires. Never had a problem with 4 wheel drive :) ♥ Norge!
How long is the driveway? And how much time does it typically take you to do?
about 700 meter. depends on how much snow but at least 2 hours I would say
Please tell me, what is the real consumption of this ATV, did you eat calmly on the road?
consumption is good in my opinion

Hvor fort kjører du? På filmen ser det jævla fort ut😂
ser fortare ut på video :D maxhastighet 40kmh
that long ass road is actull this mans drive way tf XD
